| Objective:High-risk HPV persistent infection is the main factor of cervical cancer, and vaginal microenvironment disorder is closely related to HPV persistent infection. This study collected domestic and foreign literature on vaginal microenvironment disorder, sexually transmitted diseases and cervical lesions, and extracted data from the literature for Meta analysis. Methods:Literature retrieval was conducted in foreign databases(Pub Med,Embase,Cochrane Library)and Chinese databases(CNKI,Wanfang database,CBM,VIP Chinese Scientific and technological Journal database)from January 2000 to November 2021.Search for published articles related to cervical lesions and vaginal microenvironment.Relevant literatures were screened according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality(AHRQ)scale was used to evaluate the Quality of all included literatures. After data extraction,Statistical software STATA16 was used for meta-analysis.Results:After screening,29 literatures were included for meta-analysis,and the results were as follows:BV was significantly correlated with cervical lesions,OR value was4.030,95%CI was 3.306-4.912,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05);AV significantly increased the risk of cervical lesions,OR value was 3.781,95%CI was2.670-5.355,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Trichomonas infection increased the risk of cervical lesions,OR value was 3.184,95%CI was 2.546-3.981,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The cervical lesions of patients with VVC were 1.689 times of those without VVC,and the 95%CI was 1.110-2.569,which was significant(P<0.001).Chlamydia infection was positively correlated with the risk of cervical lesions, with an OR value of 4.040 and a 95%CI of 2.472-6.603(P<0.001).The aggregate OR value of neisseria gonorrhoeae positive rate between the two groups was 1.897,and the 95%CI was 0.746-4.823,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).PH>4.5 was significantly correlated with cervical lesions, with an OR value of 3.422 and a 95%CI of 2.026-5.782(P<0.001).The OR value of correlation analysis between H2O2positive rate and cervical lesions was 3.063,with a95%CI of 1.659-5.653.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).The OR value of correlation analysis between coagulase positive and cervical lesions was 2.112,95%CI was 0.900-4.954,and the results were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was a certain correlation between leucocyte esterase positive rate and cervical lesions, and the OR value was 2.474.95%CI was 1.560-3.924,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.001).The positive rate of sialidase was correlated with cervical lesions,OR value was 2.317,95%CI was 1.849-2.904,and it was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1,BV,AV,TV,UU,CT,VVC increase the risk of CIN,CC,gonorrhea infection has nothing to do with cervical lesions.2.Abnormal increase of vaginal pH and abnormal increase of H2O2 in the risk of CIN and CC. |
