Clinical Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Medicated Thread Moxibustion With Oral Chinese Medicine On Stable Acral Vitiligo

Objective:A randomized controlled method was used to observe the clinical efficacy of medicated thread moxibustion combined with oral Chinese medicine on stable acral vitiligo.Methods:The 69 patients with stable acral vitiligo who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into groups,and the basic treatment was based on the addition and subtraction of "Vitiligo Decoction".On this basis,35 patients in the treatment group applied medicated thread moxibustion to the skin lesions,and 34 patients in the control group rubbed tacrolimus ointment outside.After 12 weeks of treatment,the curative effect was observed and statistically analyzed.The curative effect evaluation standard was the change of skin lesion area and pigment score.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the baseline data of the two groups of cases(P>0.05).2.Comparison between groups:(1)Before and after treatment,the skin lesion area of the two groups was compared within the group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The curative effect of the two groups under different skin lesion area and disease course were compared within the group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After the treatment,there was no significant difference between the skin lesion pigment scores(P>0.05).3.Comparison within the group:(1)Before and after treatment,the area of skin lesions in the treatment group and the control group were compared within the group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The treatment group and the control group were compared in the treatment group and the control group in different skin lesion area and course of the disease.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.There were no adverse reactions in the two groups of cases,and the safety may be higher.5.In the follow-up observation of the two groups of effective cases,no recurrence cases were found.Conclusion:1.Medicinal thread moxibustion or tacrolimus ointment combined with oral Chinese medicine is clinically effective in the treatment of stable acral vitiligo.2.With a small sample and short-term treatment,combined with oral Chinese medicine and medicated thread moxibustion,it is better than tacrolimus ointment in reducing the area of skin lesions.3.The medicinal thread moxibustion therapy is simple to prepare and operate,low cost,and affordable.It is clinically effective in the treatment of stable acral vitiligo.There is no obvious adverse reaction.It can be maintained for long-term treatment and is suitable for promotion to the grassroots.
