Clinical Effect Of Yufu Xifeng Decoction Combined With Platelet-rich Plasma On Topical Corticosteroid Dependent Dermatitis Of Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness

Objective:To observe the treatment of blood deficiency and dryness type glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis by Yufu Xifeng Yin combined with platelet-rich plasma,score the subjective symptoms and objective skin lesions of patients,evaluate the effectiveness and safety according to the change of score,to provide a better method for the combination of internal and external treatment in clinical treatment of this disease,but also for the future in-depth research and clinical application to provide a preliminary basis.Methods:Using randomized,controlled trials,will be included in the standard of 72 patients with glucocorticoid dependence dermatitis,through the random number table is divided into the treatment group and control group,discusses the jade skin extinguish wind drink with platelet rich plasma therapy of blood deficiency type wind dry sugar cortical hormone dependence dermatitis clinical curative effect,respectively before and after treatment for 2,4,8 weeks,the two groups of patients with itching,burning,drying,erythema,capillary expansion,pigment change rate,and record adverse reactions.SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data,compare the efficacy difference between the two groups,and evaluate the safety.Results:1)The total effective rate was 75.7% in the treatment group and 65.6% in the control group,which was higher in the treatment group than in the control group,but there was no statistical significance.2)The comparison of symptoms,skin lesions and total scores between the two groups before and after treatment showed no statistical significance(P > 0.05),suggesting that the two groups had similar efficacy in the treatment of all symptoms and skin lesions.3)During the treatment of the two groups,the symptoms of pruritus were improved to a certain extent 2 weeks after treatment in both groups;As for the burning symptoms,the treatment group had a certain relief 2 weeks after treatment,while the control group had a certain relief 4 weeks after treatment.For dry symptoms,the treatment group and the control group began to relieve 2 weeks after treatment.For erythema,the treatment group was improved 2 weeks after treatment and the control group was improved 4 weeks after treatment.For telangiectasia,the treatment group showed a certain improvement in telangiectasia 2 weeks after treatment,while the control group had no significant effect on telangiectasia.For pigment changes,the treatment group showed some improvement 2 weeks after treatment,and the control group showed some improvement 4 weeks after treatment.4)The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.06% in the treatment group and 3.13%in the control group,P > 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Yufu Xifeng Yin combined with platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of blood deficiency and dryness type glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis has definite efficacy,especially in the improvement of patients’ burning,erythema and telangiectasia in a short time.No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment process.This treatment method is safe and effective and worthy of further study.
