The Distribution Pattern Of TCM Syndrome Elements And Chang Ke’s Medication Scheme For HSP Based On TCMISS

Purpose: Henoch-Schoenlein purpura(HSP)is a vasculitic syndrome mediated by abnormal immune factors.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has accumulated a lot of experience in treating this disease.To preserve and pass on it,this study analyzed the distribution of TCM syndrome elements of HSP,and the medication pattern of Professor Chang Ke with the modern information technology.Patients and Methods: 208 patients who had been diagnosed with HSP from2020-2021 were enrolled in this study.A database including patients’ basic information,TCM syndrome elements,Clinical subtype and prescription were built.Core factors were extracted,classified and sorted with "TCMISS " software.The distribution pattern of TCM syndrome elements and the Chinese medicinals used in practically treatment of HSP were analyzed.Results: 1.Eleven HSP-related disease-bit syndrome elements(exterior,spleen,stomach,lung,skin,kidney,muscles and bones,heart,meridian,liver,intestine)and20 disease syndromes(heat,dampness,Yin deficiency,wind,stirring blood,qi deficiency,qi stagnation,blood heat,fluid deficiency,blood deficiency,poison,blood stasis,cold,yang deficiency,yang excessiveness,food accumulation,water stagnation,degassing,water evil,dry evil)were identified.2.Among 270 Chinese medicines identified in this study,the top 10 used are scutellaria baicalensis,licorice,forsythia,tuckahoe,cape jasmine,rhizoma anemarrhenae,saposhnikovia,honeysuckles,gypsum,andalisma orientale).3.In terms of four natures and five flavors,the dominate drug property is cold.The leading tastes include bitter,sweet and pungent.The most high frequently appeared Chinese meridians were mainly Lung Meridian,Stomach Meridian,Liver Meridian,Heart Meridian,Spleen Meridian and Kidney Meridian.4.The most commonly used Chinese medicine formulae are Xiehuangsan decoction and Liuweidihuangwan decoction etc.5.And six new prescriptions were invented for the treatment of HSP.Conclusion:1.HSP location and syndrome factors are related to the five viscera,especially closely related to spleen,stomach and lung.2.Disease syndrome are closely related to heat,dampness,wind,poison,blood stasis,deficiency.3.Seven syndrome types were obtained through the analysis of core syndrome elements,namely spleen and stomach(dampness)heat syndrome,wind-heat infringement certificate,wet-heat infringement certificate,blood heat and stirring blood syndrome,both qi and blood burnt syndrome,damp-heat skin syndrome,kidney Yin deficiency syndrome.4.Important treatment schemes for HSP including clearing away the heat,purifying the lung and promoting the spleen.5.Eight types of Chinese medicines were used to treat HSP: heat-clearing medicines,hemostatic medicines,tonic medicines,dampness medicines,anti-surgical medicines,Qi promoting medicines,damp dispersing herbs,and astringent medicines.6.The representative prescriptions are Xiehuangsan decoction and Liuweidihuangwan decoction.Liuweidihuangwan decoction has a positive effect on preventing renal damage caused by HSP.7.Through data mining,six new prescriptions were come up and need further clinical verify.
