Medication Experience Of Prof.Gan Zuwang On The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis And The Clinical Of Jiemintang On Allergic Rhinitis

ObjectiveUsing the data mining software to analyze 55 cases on therapy of of allergic rhinitis of the famous herbalist doctor-Gan Zuwang.To analyze and summarize his academic thought and the law of the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Further more use his efficacious decoction-jiemintang to conduct prospective clinical study on the treatment of allergic rhinitis.To investigate the efficacy of intervention of jinmintang on the treatment of allergic rhinitis.MethodsResearch contents:First,to collect and neaten the medical recordsand data mining analysis of the medical records,to summarize his regularity of medication in treating allergic rhinitis;Second,to use his efficacious decoction-jiemintang of Prof.Gan Zuwang to conduct prospective clinical study on patients with allergic rhinitis,and observe therapeutic effect.research methods:First,using the data mining software to input medical records,and establish traditional Chinese medicine prescription database,and Sort out the data,using the analysis function(including frequency analysis,association rule analysis and other methods)to analyze the data.To summarize and investigate the academic thought and the law of medication in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of Prof.Gan Zuwang;Second,58 patients with allergic rhinitis were enrolled in this study.The patients were treated with one dose of jiemintang a day,a course of treatment for 14 days,all the treatment lasted two courses.Self PA comparision methods were implemented to the analysis of therapeutic effect.Results1.According to statistical analysis with TCMISS,Preliminary 55 medical data mining Professor Gan Zuwang's treatment of allergic rhinitis,In terms of medication,chantui-earthworm,Astragalus-Atractylodes,Astragalus-earthworm,comfrey-madder,Atractylodes-fangfeng compatibility appeared,can be seen as the Yuping wind scattered and desensitization of the soup.And get eight core combinations with four new prescriptions.2.At the 14th days of effective rate was 51.70%,At the 14th days of effective rate was 79.30%,The curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant.The results showed that jiemintang has a certain therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis.Conclusions1.TCMISS can complete the input and management of medical records,which was beneficial to medical information retrieval and preservation.By using the data mining method of the platform software and taking advantages of using the network digitization and visualization.providing scientific convenient to related disease medication,prescription rule and new drug development.the network resource sharing platform was provided to inherit and innovate the experience of the famous old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Jie min tang has the effect of desensitization,It has a certain effect on the treatment of allergic rhinitis,It can relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis,which has no toxic side effects,It is worthy of clinical application.
