To Study The Medication Rules Of Professor Yu Junsheng In Treating Hypertension With Renal Insufficiency

Objective:To comprehensively analyze Professor Yu Junsheng’ s medication rules in the treatment of hypertension with renal insufficiency by means of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS)v2.5.Methods:Collected and recorded the prescriptions which focused on the treatment of hypertension with renal insufficiency.Using TCMISS v2.5 to analyze and summarize.Results:1014 prescriptions from 166 patients were screened out and analyzed.Top 10 used herbs were:Astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala,angelica,rehmannia,Smilax glabra,Cornus officinalis,yam,Scutellaria,Shiwei,liquorice.Qi-tonifying drug has the highest number among all the types of herbs.Main properties were warm,cold and mild;Major flavors were sweet,bitter and pungent.Frequent used meridian tropismthem were liver,spleen,lung,kidney,stomach and heart.According to the analysis of association rules,there are 7 core herbs plus 46 association rules(dominant drug pair).Among them,"Cornus officinalis-yam" used 406 times.Cluster analysis mined 30 potential herb combinations and 15 new prescriptions,of which new prescription No.6,No.9,No.8 and No.13 may have clinical value.Conclusion:This study summarized some medication rules of hypertension with renal insufficiency treatment by Professor Yu Junsheng.Professor Yu has a host of experience in the treatment of kidney and heart diseases which is worth further research.All the herb combinations and new prescriptions discovered by this study need to be applied and verified in the future clinical practice.
