| ObjectivesBy applying balance function training combined with core muscle strength training to stroke patients, the study is to observe its impact on the rehabilitation of balance and lower limb dysfunction, and to verify whether it can effectively improve the balance and lower limb walking function of patients, and improve their activities of daily living.MethodsAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,46 stroke patients in Xu Zhou Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2020 to October 2020 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group, with 23 patients in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment twice a day,and the experimental group was given balance training with Pro-Kin balance training instrument combined with core muscle strength training with Sling Exercise on the basis of routine treatment once a day.The two groups trained five times a week for six weeks. Before and after the intervention,Pro-kin balance training evaluation,BBS score,Lindmark balance response test,FMA lower limb score,Walker view gait evaluation system and Barthel index were used to evaluate.Results(1)Baseline dataAfter the end of the study,22 cases of actual completion in the control group(1 case of shedding),and 23 cases were completed in the experimental group. There was no significant difference in demographic data such as age, gender, course of disease and type of stroke between the two groups(P > 0.05).The evaluation indexes included Pro Kin balance training evaluation,BBS score,Lindmark balance response test,FMA lower limb score,Walker view gait evaluation and Barthel index. There was no significant difference in the above indexes between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)Balance indexAfter 6 weeks of intervention, there were significant differences in the X,Y-axis average COP,the standard deviation of anteroposterior and left-right direction function, anteroposterior and left-right direction average movement speed, ellipse area movement and length of movement track in the static balance test of the Pro-Kin balance instrument in the bipedal standing position compared with before treatment(P<0.05);in the control group, there were significantly different from those before treatment in X-axis average COP,Y-axis average COP,anteroposterior function standard deviation, ellipse area movement and length of movement track(P < 0.05),while there were no significant differences in left-right function standard deviation, anteroposterior average moving speed and left-right average moving speed(P > 0.05);in the aspect of comparison between the two groups,in the static balance test of standing on both feet with eyes open and eyes closed by Pro-kin balance instrument, the above indexes of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in BBS score and Lindmark balance test between groups and within groups(P < 0.05).(3)Function indexes of lower limbsAfter 6 weeks of intervention, there were significant differences in FMA lower limb assessment between groups and within groups(P<0.05).In the walker view gait evaluation parameters, there were no significant differences in the extension angle of the affected knee joint between groups and within groups(P > 0.05),but there were significant differences in the flexion and extension Angle of affected hip joint, flexion Angle of affected knee joint, walking period, step length of healthy and affected side, and load-bearing symmetry within and between groups(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of quality of life and correlation analysis of quality of life with balance and lower limb function indexesAfter 6 weeks of intervention,Bathel index in both groups was improved compared with that before intervention, with significant difference(P<0.05),significantly different from the control group that in(P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between BMI score of quality of life and FMA lower limb score and BBS score in the two groups after intervention(P < 0.05).Conclusions1.Pro-Kin balance training combined with Sling Exercise can significantly improve the balance ability and lower limb function of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients; There is a significant correlation between the improvement of quality of life and lower limb motor function and balance.2.Pro-Kin balance training combined with Sling Exercise is superior to conventional rehabilitation treatment, which can be promoted in clinical practice and improve the therapeutic effect... |
