| With the intensification of population aging,people’s consumption and old-age care concepts have changed,and the demand for institutional old-age care continues to increase.However,our country’s elderly care service industry started late,and institutional elderly care now has a series of problems such as shortage of nursing staffs,insufficient service capacity,and imperfect management mechanism.On the other hand,the development of the concept of smart elderly care based on the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence provides effective and innovative solutions to the problems of insufficient supply in the elderly care sector,imbalance between supply and demand,and structural contradictions between supply and demand.For example,institutional elderly care services can use the power of technology to complete intelligent upgrades to improve the efficiency of nursing work and operation management.However,the current development and construction of smart elderly care has the problems of "emphasis on technology and light demand","emphasis on products and light service","emphasis on concepts and light scenes".Deeply digging into user demand scenarios and exploring appropriate human-computer interaction methods are the keys to improving the quality of smart elderly care products and services.Implicit interaction can actively and implicitly perceive the corresponding contextual information,actively speculate on user needs and actively provide services,providing an opportunity for human-oriented interaction.This article first sorts out the nursing-related content of the elderly care institutions,including the classification of the elderly care institutions,the work content of nursing services and the allocation of service personnel.Summarizes the theory of implicit interaction design,including implicit interaction definition,elements,related technologies and implicit interaction characteristics,and analyzes the typical application cases of implicit interaction in the field of smart elderly care and its value in the intelligent care system of elderly care institutions;Subsequently,the author analyzed the needs of intelligent nursing care in elderly care institutions through a two-stage survey.First,the author initially explored the smart life of the elderly based on the interview data of the elderly,and extensively interviewed nursing staff in the elderly care institutions,including smart elderly care platform providers,elderly care professional teachers,elderly care institutions strategic experience,deans,Nursing supervisors,care workers,and elderly people living in nursing homes understand their views on intelligent nursing care in nursing homes.Second,the author visits nursing homes on the spot,observes the living environment of the elderly,understands the daily work content of the caregivers and the daily activities of the elderly,and conducts indepth interviews with the caregivers of the elderly care institutions and the elderly living in the nursing homes to understand the nursing work and Difficulties in daily life of the elderly,listen to their expectations for intelligence,and summarize the needs of intelligent nursing care in elderly care institutions including intelligent security assistance,intelligent lighting,intelligent ventilation and sunshade,intelligent audio-visual and intelligent living assistance.Then,the author analyzes the key points of implicit interaction design of nursing intelligent system in elderly care institutions based on theoretical exploration,field observation and user interview research.The author summarized the principles of implicit interaction design.It includes analysis and transformation of unconscious behavior,multi-modal feedback,cross-space linkage,personalized matching,and explicit and implicit interaction fusion;Finally,the author introduced the key points and principles of implicit interaction design to construct the nursing intelligent system of elderly care institutions,and drew the system architecture diagram,the layout plan of the smart terminal of the elderly’s room,and the typical interface of the caregiver mobile terminal.The design points are reflected through scene stories,and the correctness of the design points and principles is verified through user satisfaction ratings.The significance of this topic is to explore the needs of nursing care in elderly care institutions through theoretical research,field observations and user surveys,and put forward the key points and principles of implicit interaction design for nursing care intelligent systems in elderly care institutions,and provide theoretical guidance for the development of products and services in related fields. |
