With the escalating of medical service industry, the medical bed, as a form of essential medical equipment of surgery and postoperative recovery, has caused more and more attention and research. For patients who cannot change their own posture after surgery and paralyzed patients it is difficult to complete sit and roll over movement, which needs special care, so comes higher requirements for hospital beds. According to the pathological characteristic of hospitalized patients in our country, and the aging of the Chinese population group to enter, the design of a nursing bed have development significance in view of the above audience. A new type of intelligent hospital bed system based on body position nursing was presented in this thesis, through the analysis of the position based on the medical care, we put forward the structure of this design, we also made kinematic analysis, simulation modeling, control system design, and finally achieved the automaticity. The research work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:First, through the analysis of the position is commonly used in medical care and the basic standard of hospital bed design, we put forward design schemes, and designed surface structure, movable support structure and all the folding position modular structure according to the scheme.Second, we made motion analysis of the fold module structure, including the motor schedule, angular velocity and load analysis, and made kinematics modeling and kinematic analysis under the Adams. Compared the results with the front analysis, verified the rationality of movement. And finite element analysis was carried out on the key parts, verified the stability and security of the structure.Third, we designed the control system according to the working process of the intelligent bed system. Finally, we made two kinds of demonstration experiment under the simple prototype, verified the reliability and stability of the movement.
