Efficacy Of Sublingual Immunotherapy With Dermatophagoides Farinea Drops On Different Degree Of Allergy With Allergic Rhinitis

Objective To analyze the efficacy of sublingual immunotherapy with Dermatophagoides farinea drops on allergic rhinitis patients with different degree of allergy.Method Retrospect the data of 184 allergic rhinitis-diagnosed patients had received SLIT treatment in Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,and diveded them into 6 groups according to the intracutaneous test level and coexisting allergens.The total symptom scores(TNSS)、visual analogue scale(VAS)、total medication scores(TMS)were evaluated at the beginning、3 months、6 months、12months、24 months of the treatment.Result There were no signficant differences(P>0.05)in TNSS、VAS、TMS among6 groups.The TNSS、VAS、TMS had continuous improved significantly after SLIT for 3months、6 months、12 months、24 months。Conclusion SLIT with Dermatophagoides farinae drops is effective in the patients with allergic rhinitis of different degree of allergy,and equivalent efficacy could be achieved.
