Objectives:To study the effects of different time points of Sublingual immunotherapy(SLIT)on the efficacy and compliance of children with Allergic rhinitis(AR);analyze the types and degrees of adverse reactions;discuss standardization and unification The customized SLIT medication time plan reduces the worries of parents and children,so as to obtain more therapeutic benefits.Methods:The data of 120 children diagnosed with AR,SLIT and drug therapy in our hospital from December 2019 to January 2020 were collected.They were 4-12 years old,with a median age of 5 years.The allergen was dust mite allergy.the Lord.They were divided into the morning medication group(60 cases)and the night-time medication group(60 cases).The children were classified into the non-fixed group and the drop-off group through follow-up,and were followed up for 1 year.Record the symptom scores,visual analog scale(VAS)scores before starting SLIT treatment,symptoms,medications,and VAS scores 1 month,6 months,and 1 year after SLIT treatment,and count the occurrence of adverse reactions and serious degree.Adverse reaction follow-up is one follow-up once a week within one month after medication,one follow-up after 6 months and one year after treatment,a total of 6 follow-ups.Statistical analysis was made on the changes in symptom scores,drug scores,VAS scores,differences in compliance and overall adverse reactions in children who adhered to SLIT treatment before and after medication at different time points.Results:The symptom scores and VAS scores of children before and after SLIT treatment were lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Overall,1 month,6 months,1 year after SLIT treatment Yearly comparison,the drug score was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 1 year of SLIT treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom scores,drug scores,and VAS scores in the morning,evening,and unfixed groups(P>0.05),The compliance rate of children with morning medication was 55%,and the compliance rate of the medication group at night was 85%.The incidence of adverse reactions in children with AR in SLIT treatment was mainly 4-5 weeks,such as skin rash(2.75%)and sore throat(2.75).%)Mainly,it can be controlled by drugs or relieved by itself.Conclusions:1.SLIT is safe and effective in treating children with AR;2.The time of SLIT use of drugs has no significant effect on the treatment effect,and medication at any time of the day has a good effect;3.Children who use drugs before going to bed at night have better compliance and are more clinically worthy of recommendation.
