Clinical Efficacy Research In Treating Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type Stable Angina Pectoris With Huatan Zhuyu Decoction

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy in treating phlegm and blood stasis type stable angina pectoris with Huatanzhuyu decoction and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods:60 cases of phlegm and blood stasis type of stable angina patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was received conventional treatment of western medicine and the other received conventional treatment of western medicine plus Ditantongluo decoction. The treatment cycle was 8 weeks.Two groups were observed before andafter treatment of angina pectoris, ECG efficiency, decrease rate of nitroglycerin, TCM syndrome change, seattle angina questionnaire scorechanges.All data were analyzed with SPSS 19 software to draw the related conclusion.Results:1.Treatment of angina pectoris after two group was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),can improve he symptoms of angina pectoris, but the treatment group has more advantage(P<0.01).2.In the aspect of the decreasing of nitroglycerin stop rate, ECG curative effect, TCM syndrome total curative effect,Treatment group is better than that of control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the two groups were significantly decreased in the aspect of TCM syndrome total score, TCM syndrome integral(except for single pulse),the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). 4.Two groups both improved the patients’ quality of life, but the treatment group was significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion: Huatanzhuyu decoction combined with western medicine treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with phlegm and blood stasis type stable angina pectoris.The effect is better than pure western routine therapy, and the clinical application is safe and reliable, whiich is worthy of promotion.
