To Explore The Tcm Prescription Rule Of Acute Pancreatitis Based On The Ancient And Modern Medical Cloud Platform System

Research purpose: through the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform software,all platform related to acute pancreatitis initial diagnosis and good clinical effect,application of data mining technology to explore pancreatitis clinical diagnosis,syndrome differentiation and medication characteristics,in order to provide reference for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute pancreatitis,open mind.Research Methods: This study studied acute pancreatitis on the ancient and modern medical platform,According to the inclusion criteria,the exclusion criteria,A total of 100 medical cases were included,Contains 100 first prescriptions,Establish the original database,Import it into the platform data standardization module after repeated proofreading,Conduct data cleaning and standardization,Using data mining technology for frequency statistics,association analysis,cluster analysis,complex network analysis,so as to summarize the patients included in the medical general cases,clinical performance,tongue pulse,AP common type and medication rule（Chinese medicine frequency,four gas,flavor,classics,efficacy,association rules）and different type and medication association analysis.In order to explore the incidence of AP and the rule of syndrome differentiation medication.Research Result:（1）General incidence situation analysis results,the incidence of 30-59 years is high,and more male patients than female patients.（2）According to the analysis results of the four diagnosis data,AP patients have dark tongue,red tongue and greasy tongue coating;higher pulse frequency,pulse string and smooth pulse.The clinical manifestations mainly include abdominal pain,nausea,constipation,vomiting,abdominal distension,dry mouth,back pain,bitter mouth,fatigue,fever,hypochondrial pain,yellow urine,fatigue,adverse urination,low back pain,and so on.（3）According to the analysis results of TCM syndrome,30 types were obtained,including 7 types of frequency≥5times: damp and heat stagnation syndrome,hepatobiliary stagnation,qi syndrome,Yangming fu syndrome,gastrointestinal heat syndrome,hepatobiliary dampness and heat syndrome,liver and spleen deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.（4）Analysis result of traditional Chinese medicine: The medicines with frequency> 30 times include bupleurum,rhubarb,Scutellaria baicalensis,root of herbaceous peony,dried immature fruit of citron or trifoliate orange,licorice,magnolia officinalis,corydalis,citrus aurantium;the property of medicines are mainly cold medicine,followed by warm medicine;bitter,spicy,liver and spleen,detoxification,heat,dampness and liver,etc.The drug correlation analysis set confidence 0.5,support 0.2,and improvement>1: drugs with high co-occurrence frequency include Bupleurum--Scutellaria,Bupleurum--rhubarb,Bupleurum--root of herbaceous peony,dried immature fruit of citron or trifoliate orange-rhubarb,and drugs with high confidence include mirabilite--rhubarb,woody incense--Bupleurum,Scutellaria--bupleurum,dried immature fruit of citron or trifoliate orange-rhubarb,etc.The cluster analysis of 20 Chinese medicines of frequency 15 yields 5 combinations: Category 1: Bupleurum,Scutellaria baicalensis;Category 2: rhubarb,dried immature fruit of citron or trifoliate orange,magnolia officinalis,and mirabilite;Category 3: root of herbaceous peony,corydalis,and chinaberry seed;Category 4: wood incense,Coptis chinensis,dandelion,red peony root,Salvia miltiorrhiza;Category 5:licorice,citrus aurantium,pinellia,chicken gold,curcuma,and tangerine peel.（5）For the correlation analysis of syndrome type and traditional Chinese medicine,set confidence of 0.5 and 0.05.The results are obtained:the commonly used drugs for damp stagnation syndrome are: rhubarb,corydalis,bupleurum,Scutellaria officinalis,magnolia officinalis,root of herbaceous peony,and licorice,etc.The commonly used drugs for syndrome of stagnation of liver-qi are bupleurum,Scutellaria officinalis,root of herbaceous peony,dried immature fruit of citron or trifoliate orange.The common drugs for gastrointestinal fever are: Scutellaria baicalensis,rhubarb,root of herbaceous peony,dried immature fruit of citron or trifoliate orange;liver and spleen deficiency: bupleurum,root of herbaceous peony,fructus aurantii,licorice;and The common drugs for syndrome of dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder are rhubarb,magnolia officinalis,bupleurum and wormwood.Conclusion: Young adults and young men with AP ratio is higher,mainly with damp heat stagnation,gastrointestinal heat,Yangming evidence,for diet moderation or qi stagnation cause focal spleen and stomach transport function,wet phlegm,yu long heat,turbidity poison,blood stasis,stagnation,in coke,cause viscera qi,pain,so treat more to heat relief,qi stagnation,clinical should also be according to different etiology for differentiation.This study uses the data mining of acute pancreatitis by the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform to summarize the disease characteristics and master the principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment,in order to open up new ideas for further clinical diagnosis and treatment.
