Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Turbidity Toxin Accumulation Type Acute Gouty Arthritis With Zhuodu Huajie Decoction

Objectives The research is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuodu Huajie Decoction in the treatment of turbidity toxin accumulation type acute gouty arthritis under the guidance of turbidity toxicity theory.The purpose is to explore a new effective method for the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of turbidity toxin accumulation type acute gouty arthritis.Methods From September 2019 to December 2020,64 patients with turbidity toxin accumulation acute gouty arthritis in the endocrinology and rheumatism immunity department of Tangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group(1:1).The observation group(n=32)was given oral drug of Zhuodu Huajie Decoction on the basis of general treatment(limiting the intake of high-purine food,not drinking alcohol,and drinking water amount of 2000 ml per day).The control group(n=32)received oral drug of Difene(75mg)(Temmlerwerke Gmb H,Munich,Germany)on the basis of general treatment.The treatment time of the two groups was 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,collcting the relevant clinical information: 1 Symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine include swelling and pain degree of joint,degree of movement,joint color,skin temperature,and changes in some accompanying symptoms;The onset time of pain relief.2 Laboratory indicators include serum uric acid,erythrocytic sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and other biochemical indicators.3 Safety related data include liver function,kidney function,blood,urine,stool routine,and adverse reactions.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to process and analyze the collected data.Results1 Comparison of the efficacy: The total effective rate of the observation group(93.33 %)was higher than that of the control group(86.67 %).2 Within the group comparison: After treatment,compared with before treatment,in the observation group,the difference in the total score of TCM syndrome,the single score of TCM syndrome(joint swelling and pain degree,joint activity degree,joint skin temperature,joint color,fever,thirst,restlessness,urine color),blood uric acid,Creactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference in liver and kidney function was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).In the control group,the difference in the total score of TCM syndrome,the single score of TCM syndrome,C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference in serum uric acid level,liver and kidney function were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3 Comparison between groups: After treatment,compared with the control group,the difference in the total score of TCM syndrome,the single score of TCM syndrome(joint swelling and pain degree,joint activity degree,joint skin temperature,joint color,thirst,restlessness,urine color),blood uric acid,C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the observation group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference in the onset time of pain relief and fever symptoms between the two groups were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions Zhuodu Huajie Decoction has a positive clinical effect on turbidity toxin accumulation type acute gouty arthritis.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with joint swelling,heat and pain,reducing inflammatory biochemical indicators,and has fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.Figure 1;Table 15;Reference 100...
