Experimental Study The Effect Of Yiqi Huoxue Formula On Angiogenesis And Expression Of Hgf In Ischemic Myocardium Of Rats After Myocardial Infarction

Experimental study the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Formula on Angiogenesis and Expression of HGF in Ischemic Myocardium of Rats after Myocardial Infarction.Objective:Through the animal experiment, to observe the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Formula on angiogenesis and promote angiogenic factors HGF protein expression in ischemic myocardium in rats model after myocardial infarction, and to explore its promote angiogenesis effect and mechanism, providing basis for the treatment of ischemic heart disease.Methods:32males SD rats randomly divided into four groups after the model of acute myocardial infarction being established, that is, sham operation group, mode group, Shexiang Raoxin group and Yiqi Huoxue Formula group.24hours after the operation, Irrigation stomach to medicine, afte the last fed of the drug, forbid to cat food, except can drink water. The abdominal aorta take blood to be put to death after rats, leave the heart specimens. We use immunohistochemistry method to detect the microvascular vascular count and microvessel density in ischemic myocardium, and the expression of HGF protein in ischemic myocardium. Results:(1). General condition comparison:Both Shexiang Baoxin group and Yiqi Huoxue Formula group could improve the general condition of myocardial infracted mouse obviously.(2). Myocardial infarcted scope: The myocardial infarcted scope of the Yiqi Huoxue Formula group was smaller than the mode group(p<0.05).(3). The Microvascular density(MVD) of the Ischemic myocardial tissue:The MVD of both Shexiang Baoxin group and Yiqi Huoxue Formula group were significant higher than the mode group(p<0.05), but there was no significant difference between Shexiang Baoxin group and Yiqi Huoxue Formula group(p>0.05).(4). Ischemic myocardium HGF protein:The HGF protein expression were significant increased in Yiqi Huoxue Formula group and Shexiang Baoxin group compared with the others(p<0.05), there was no significant difference between Shexiang Baoxin group and Yiqi Huoxue Formula group(p>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Formula group significantly reduce rat myocardial infarct size to promote the angiogenesis of ischemic myocardium, may be related to the promotion of HGF expression.
