and healthy, relationship between physical factors and incidence of dysmenorrhea In addition study dysmenorrhea pain degree of the female and associated symtoms between dysmenorrhea patients from age range in order to promote the new ideas of prevention and treatment for dysmenorrhea women for reduce the patients. This thesis is go through questionnaires of women with dysmenorrhea in Thailand to fine out the distribution of TCM constitution from 11-31 year old, divided into 3 group from age range.MeathodsCollecting patient’s data from December 2019 until December 2020 in Thailande at①University of Phayao Medical Center and Hospital Phayao province,②Thian fah Foundation Hospital Bangkok province,③Chandrubeksa Hospital Nakhon Pathom province.Only patients that has been diagnosed as primary dysmenorrhea through diagnostic criteria were included in this study.Divided into 3 group from age range:group 1 is TwoSeven group are 11-17 year old.group 2 is Three-Seven group are 18-24 year old.group 3 is Three-Seven group are 25-31 year old.The survey method is a face-to-face survey.Using general situation Questionaire and Chinese medicine constitution classification and decision table which created by professor Qi Wang and another questionnaire was self-developed"Female Primary Dysmenorrhea Questionnaire" "Questionnaire on Influencing Factors of Dysmenorrhea","Score Standard group of age,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05)found the most patients in 3 group reduce pain methode with dysmenorrhea by compress the hot water bag.4.Research of relationship between TCM syndrome of Primary Dysmenorrhea and 3 groups of age from 407 questionnaires divided into 3 group of age found‘Cold-dampness stagnation syndrome’for 137 cases(33.7%),‘Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome’for 121 cases(29.7%),’Yang deficiency and internal cold syndrome’ for 71 cases(17.4%),’Damp-heat stasis syndrome’ for 36 cases(8.8%),’ Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome’ for 21 cases(5.2%),’Qi and Blood Weakness’for 21 cases(5.2%).The most patients in group 1 and 2 with‘Cold-dampness stagnation syndrome’,the most patients in group 3 with‘Yang deficiency and internal cold syndrome’5.Research of TCM constitution between primary dysmenorrhea in 3 groups of age:from 407 questionnaires divided into 3 group of age found the most patients in 3 group are the biased constitution accounted for 74.2%,The normal constitution accounted for 25.8%.the most biased constitution is qi stagnation constitution(42%)>yang deficiency(38.6%)>blood stasis damn(31.0%)>specific endowment constitution(25.8%)>qi deficiency(25.1%)>phlegm-dampness constitution(23.6%)>yin deficiency(18.7%)>damnheat constitution(14.3%)>normal constitution(12.5%)TCM constitution between primary dysmenorrhea in 3 groups of age found qi deficiency, yin deficiency,phlegm-dampness constitution, blood stasis damn,qi stagnation constitution, specific endowment constitution are the different was statistically significant(P<0.05)found the most biased constitution in group 1 is qi stagnation constitution, group 2 is yang deficiency, group 3 is yang deficiency qi stagnation constitution.6.Research of TCM syndrome between TCM constitution:TCM syndrome between TCM constitution of qi deficiency, yin deficiency,phlegm-dampness constitution, blood stasis damn,qi stagnation constitution, specific endowment constitution, the different was statistically significant(P<0.05)found the most qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is yang deficiency(44.6%),qi stagnation constitution(43.0%);The most Cold-dampness stagnation syndrome is qi stagnation constitution(35.8%),yang deficiency(32.8%);The most damp-heat stasis syndrome is qi stagnation constitution(50.0%),yang deficiency(44.4%);The most Yang deficiency and internal cold syndrome is qi stagnation constitution(57.7%),phlegm-dampness constitution(49.3%);The most qi and Blood Weakness is qi stagnation constitution(42.9%),blood stasis damn(28.6%);The most liver and kidney loss syndrome is blood stasis damn(33.3%),yin deficiency(28.6%).7.Dysmenorrhea pain degree between TCM constitution:Dysmenorrhea pain degree between TCM constitution of normal constitution found the most patients in mild dysmenorrhea is yang deficiency(33.1%),qi stagnation constitution(31.9%),normal constitution(23.1%);The moderate dysmenorrhea is qi stagnation constitution(46.2%),yang deficiency(39.4%),blood stasis damn(33.2%);The severe dysmenorrhea is qi stagnation constitution(61.5%),blood stasis damn(59.0%),yang deficiency(56.4%)8.Dysmenorrhea pain degree between TCM syndrome:Dysmenorrhea pain degree between TCM syndrome the different was not statistically significant(P>0.05)found the most patients in mild dysmenorrhea is Cold-dampness stagnation syndrome(28.7%),qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(26.9%),Yang deficiency and internal cold syndrome(22.5%).the most patients in moderate dysmenorrhea is Cold-dampness stagnation syndrome(37.5%),qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(29.8%),Yang deficiency and internal cold syndrome(14.4%).the most patients in severe dysmenorrhea is qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(41.0%),Cold-dampness stagnation syndrome(33.3%),Yang deficiency and internal cold syndrome(12.8%).Conclusion1.The primary dysmenorrhea patients in Thailand during adolescence and childbearing age in this study were compared according to the age of TCM,The degree of primary dysmenorrhea is related to age,The degree of dysmenorrhea gradually decreases with age.2.The TCM syndromes of patients with primary dysmenorrhea ranked first in terms of cold-dampness stagnation syndrome, with 137 cases(33.7%),qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in 121 cases(29.7%),and Yang deficiency and internal cold syndrome in 71 cases(17.4%),36 cases(8.8%)with damp-heat stasis syndrome,21 cases(5.2%)with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,21 cases(5.2%)with qi and blood weakness syndrome;Group 1 and group 2 most of them are cold and damp stagnation.Group 3 mostly had syndrome of yang deficiency and internal cold.3.Among the three groups of Thai women, most of the patients with TCM constitution classification are biased:qi stagnation constitution>yang deficiency>blood stasis damn>specific endowment constitution>qi deficiency>phlegm-dampness constitution>yin deficiency>damn-heat constitution>normal constitution. The degree of dysmenorrhea is related to the type of TCM constitution, and the biased constitution will affect the degree of dysmenorrhea.Peacefulness indicates that the body is healthy,so the degree of dysmenorrhea symptoms is relatively mild.Patients with mild dysmenorrhea are of calm quality, yang deficiency, and blood stasis.Patients with moderate dysmenorrhea have Qi stagnation,Yang deficiency, and blood stasis.Severe dysmenorrhea patients have Qi stagnation, blood stasis, and Yang deficiency.
