【Objective】To explored the relationship between the pain degree and TCM physique types and the negative emotion of women with dysmenorrhea,to studied the influence of emotional factors on PD,and to provided some scientific basis for the individual adjustment and prevention of dysmenorrhea patients with different physique types.【Method】Adopted unified self-made questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale, pain questionnaire, negative emotional adjective questionnaire and TCM physique classification scale, and selected 309 cases PD patients who met the inclusion criteria. All the data were counted and entered into Excel table,A datebase was established to analyze by SPSS22.O software.【Result】1.In 309 cases of primary dysmenorrhea, mild dysmenorrhea was 4.9%,moderate dysmenorrhea was 41.1%,severe dysmenorrhea was 54.1%.2.Among 309 patients with primary dysmenorrhea, the incidence of anxiety was 28.8%,and the incidence of depression was 42.7%.The incidence of anxiety and depression of primary dysmenorrhea patients was significantly higher than those of the domestic norm, and the pain score was positively correlated with anxiety and depression score.3.In this investigation, the anxiety accounted for 50.5%,the tension accounted for 43.7%,pain accounted for 36.9% in 16 kinds of negative emotional adjectives distribution table. The moderate impact distribution accounted for 38.4%,severe effects accounted for 32.6% of negative emotion on dysmenorrhea pain. The degree of dysmenorrhea level was positively correlated with the degree of negative emotion. The degree of dysmenorrhea was significantly different in seven emotional mood types: depression, sadness, shock, tension, pain, worry and anxiety(P < 0.05).4.The physical types of 309 cases of primary dysmenorrhea were as follows: Yang deficiency constitution(62.1%)> qi deficiency constitution(32.0%)> yin deficiency constitution(31.7%)> qi stagnation constitution(28.2%)> damp-heat constitution(25.9%)> phlegm-dampness constitution(20.7%)> blood stasis damp(19.4%)> normal constitution(12.0%)> specific endowment constitution(10.0%).The normal constitution accounted for 12%,biased constitution accounted for 88%.5.The degree of dysmenorrhea was different among different physique types,in which the severe dysmenorrhea were mostly yang deficiency constitution,qi deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution, and the influence degree of negative emotion among different physique types was different(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the types of negative emotions(P > 0.05).6.There were differences in anxiety and depression in patients with primary dysmenorrhea with different physique types(P<0.05),in which moderate, severe of anxiety and depression were mainly yang deficiency constitution,qi stagnation constitution and qi deficiency constitution.【Conclusion】1.Primary dysmenorrhea patients were prone to anxiety and depression. The degree of pain was closely related to negative emotion. It was of great significance in the prevention and treatment of PD.2.Primary dysmenorrhea patients were mostly biased constitution, and their predilection constitution was Yang deficiency constitution,Qi deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency constitution,Qi stagnation constitution.Attention should be paid to the physique modulation of PD.3.The degree of dysmenorrhea was related to the type of TCM constitution. The patients with moderate and severe dysmenorrhea were mostly Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,Qi stagnation.4.There was a certain correlation between the physical type of TCM and the influence degree of negative emotion,Mild influence was the main factor of normal constitution, and moderate and severe influence was the main influence of biased constitution.
