Based On The Regional Differences Between Guangdong,China And Thailand To Explore The Influencing Factors And Related Analysis Of Menopausal Syndrome And TCM Constitution

ObjectiveThrough the questionnaires of women with menopausal syndrome in Thailand and Guangdong China to understand the similarities and differences of TCM Constitution and various factors of menopausal syndrome women in the two regions.To study the correlation between various factors and TCM Constitution of menopausal syndrome women in Thailand and Guangdong China.And to study the correlation between various factors and menopausal syndrome in the two regions.To further clarify the occurrence factors of menopausal syndrome and TCM Constitution in the two regions,and then apply TCM Prevention and treatment methods of menopausal syndrome in Ling-nan gynecology school to Thailand.MethodCollecting patient’s data from June 2020 to February 2021 at Gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine clinic of the Central Hospital in Thailand.Has met the inclusion criteria,and has not been excluded from the exclusion criteria,included in this research object.The survey method is a face-to-face questionnaire survey.The questionnaire is a combination of the self-compiled"Female Menopausal Syndrome Questionnaire",the Kupperman scoring standard issued by"Obstetrics and Gynecology syndrome"and the"Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution Survey form"officially issued by the Chinese Medical Association.After the questionnaire were completed,use SPSS 22.0 software was to analyze the data.The measurement data satisfies the normal distribution and adoptsx±s description,two independent samples using two independent samples t test;The measurement data not satisfies the normal distribution and adopts M(P₂₅～P₇₅)description,two independent samples using Mann Whitney U test.Pearson chi-square test or continuity correction test or Fisher exact probability test used to compare the frequency or composition ratio of each observation factor between the two regions.Multivariate logistic regression analysis used to analyze the data for multiple observation factors.The statistical significant value is P<0.05.ResultsIn this study,A total of 400 questionnaires were collected in Guangdong China and Thailand from June 2020 to February 2021.200 in Guangdong China and200 in Thailand.The median age of menopause syndrome women in Guangdong China is 46 years old,the oldest is 49 years old,and the youngest is 43 years old;the median age of menopause syndrome women in Thailand is 50 years old,the oldest is 52 years old,and the youngest is 45 years old.1.Comparison of the basic factors of menopause syndrome women in Guangdong and Thailand:Residence、Education level、Occupation、Life stress、Dietary habits、Sleep habits、Smoking habits、Alcohol drinking habits and Exercise habit.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant（P<0.05）.2.Comparison of menstrual,pregnancy and childbirth of menopausal syndrome women in Guangdong China and Thailand:Menopause、Gynecological diseases、Pregnancy and childbirth.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant（P<0.05）.3.Comparison of the condition of menopausal syndrome women in Guangdong China and Thailand:The two groups were mild（88%in Guangdong China and 72%in Thailand）.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant（P<0.05）.4.Comparison of the TCM constitution of menopausal syndrome women in Guangdong China and Thailand:TCM constitution and Constitution type,The difference between the two groups is statistically significant（P<0.05）.5.A correlation analysis of the factors affecting the bias constitution of menopause syndrome women in Guangdong China and Thailand:（1）Guangdong China group:older age、city residence、working hard、like more than two tastes、poor sleep quality、smoking habit、less exercise have different degrees of correlation（P<0.05）.（2）Thailand group:have life stress have different degrees of correlation（P<0.05）.6.A correlation analysis of the factors affecting to menopause syndrome women in Guangdong China and Thailand:（1）Guangdong China group:Age between40-45 years old、different residence、have life stress、like more than two tastes、smoking habit、less exercise have different degrees of correlation（P<0.05）.（2）Thailand group:low Education、have life stress、poor sleep quality、smoking habit、alcohol habit have different degrees of correlation（P<0.05）.Conclusion1.There are differences in the TCM constitution distribution of menopausal women between Guangdong China and Thailand.Specifically,biased constitution is more than moderate constitution in two regions:the constitution distribution of Guangdong China group is:complex constitution>moderate constitution>Yang asthenia constitution>qi stagnation constitution>Qi asthenia constitution,Yin asthenia constitution>damp heat constitution,blood stasis constitution,allergic constitution.The constitution distribution of Thailand group is complex constitution>moderate constitution>Yang asthenia constitution>Qi stagnation constitution>Yin asthenia constitution,phlegm dampness constitution>Qi asthenia constitution>blood stasis constitution>damp heat constitution and allergi constitution.2.The biased influencing factors of menopausal syndrome women in Guangdong China are closely related to age,residence,work type,dietary habits,sleep quality,smoking habit and exercise habits.The biased influencing factors of menopausal syndrome women in Thailand are closely related to life stress.3.The influencing factors of menopausal syndrome in Guangdong China are closely related to age,residence,life stress,dietary habits,smoking habits and exercise habits.The influencing factors of menopausal syndrome in Thailand are closely related to education,life stress,sleep quality,smoking habits and alcohol habits.4.Therefore,the treatment of Menopause syndrome should be adapted to local conditions,give full play to the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation,this study provides a reference for the combination of regional individualized medication.
