Objective:Using the Stressor Scale,simplified coping style questionnaire and Symptom Checklist,To investigate the current status of the working pressure,coping styles and the mental health status of standardized training nurses in third-grade hospitals,Find out the internal relationship between influencing factors of stress and their correlation.Methods:Using a convenient sampling method,from internal medicine,emergency department,pediatrics,obstetrics and gynecology,surgery,outpatient service,and intensive care unit(ICU)of four first-class tertiary hospitals,255 standardized training nurses conducted a questionnaire survey,which was divided into four parts,including general situation questionnaire and young nurses job stressors inventory,simplified coping style questionnaire and Symptom Checklist(SCL-90)questionnaires.Apply SPSS24.0 software,row data processing,and collate analysis.Results:1.The current status and influencing factors of the questionnaire survey on job stressors of standardized training nurses:1.1 According to the questionnaire survey on job stressors of standardized training nurses,the highest scores were social status and career development direction(2.46±0.89),the lowest score is management and interpersonal problems(1.79±0.66),the total score is(1.99±0.50)points.Different age,department,working years,educational background,whether to obtain the nurse practice certificate,weekly working hours and commitment were statistically significant differences in the total score of occupational pressure and scores of each dimension of standardized training nurses(P<0.05).1.2 The score of positive coping(1.64±0.61)was higher than that of negative coping(0.94 ± 0.54),most of the face of pressure to adopt a positive way of coping,the standardized training nurses are in good mental health.Different educational background,was a statistically significant difference between the certificates and different departments in the positive coping style(P<0.05).1.3 Multiple linear regression analysis shows that management and interpersonal relationship,professional skills,and negative coping style are three variables.2.Correlation analysis of working stress,coping style and mental health of standardized training nurses:The total and average distribution of work pressure of the standardized training nurses and each dimension are significantly correlated with the nine factors of SCL.Adopt negative coping style with SCL-90.Each factor score and total score were positively correlated;The total average distribution and each dimension of work pressure were positively correlated with negative coping.Conclusion :1.The The current status and influencing factors of the questionnaire survey on job stressors of standardized training nurses.The work stress level of standardized training nurses is lower than moderate level;The main sources of strength are social status and career development to the problem.2.Most standardized training nurses adopt positive coping methods,and the mental health status of the nursing group is better.Relationships,professional skills,and negative coping styles have certain effects on the mental health of nurses.Among which management and interpersonal relationship are the most obvious factor in the level of mental health.The standardized training nurses who were under great working stress had higher scores and poorer mental health.The standardized training nurses with high working stress adopt negative coping style.
