Objective:Since December 2019,COVID-19(COVID-2019)has spread rapidl y in China and many other countries,causing an outbre ak of acut e infectious pneumonia.Understanding the mental health status of standardized training residents(referred to as:standardized training residents)during the period of regular prevention and control of COVID-2019 epidemic.To find out the psychological problems of standardized training residents as soon as possible and to analyze the possible causes,so as to provide scientific basis for promoting mental health.We can also put forward intervention measures for the serious,reduce the occurrence of m edical errors,better carry out clinical work.and also contribute to the clinical teaching of standardized training residents.Methods:A network questionnaire was used to investigate the mental health status of220 standardized training residents at three grade 3A general hospitals in Bengbu during the period from August 1,2020 to October 31,2020.The questionnaire included Self-Reporting Inventory 90(SCL-90),Adult Psychological Stress Scale,Minnesota satisfaction scale,Social adaptability scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS).Results:The scores of SAS(44.74±8.09)and SDS(46.24±12.27)of the 220standardized training residents were significantl y higher than those of the national norm(SAS:37.23±12.49,SAS:41.88±10.57)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of SAS and SDS between boys and girls(PSAS male、female>0.05,PSDS male、female>0.05).The average score of adult ps ychological stress scale of regular standardized training residents was 28.82±5.06,28.51±5.29 for boys and 29.15±4.80 for girls,and the difference was not statisticall y significant(t=0.938).The scores of obsessive-compulsive symptoms(1.80±0.77),interpersonal sensitivit y(1.64±0.75),depression(1.65±0.76),anxiety(1.50±0.67),fear(1.39±0.62)and psychoticism(1.43±0.64)of SCL-90 were higher than those of the national norm(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of SCL-90 between boys and girls.The overall level of social adaptive abilit y of standardized training residents was strong,and the score of social adaptive ability of male students(35.69±5.67)was lower than that of female students(37.10±6.21),and the difference was not statisticall y significant.Conclusion:During the period of regular prevention and control of COVID-2019epidemic situation,the mental health status of standardized training residents is poor,so it is necessary to carry out psychological intervention to standardized training residents In order to better carry out clini cal work. |
