Object To explore the adjust function of JieDu QuYu ZiYin Fang onER alpha and related kinase ERK,preliminary probe into the mechanism of treating SLE.Method MTT was used to determine JieDu QuYu ZiYin Fang medicated serum on influence on the activity of MCF-7 cell proliferation.ERK mRNA level were detected by realtime PCR while phosphorylation ERa and ERK protein expression were measured by Western-Blot.Results JieDu QuYu ZiYin Fang medicated serum can significantly promote the proliferation of MCF-7 cell.Effectively reduced the expression of mRNA and protein of ERa and ERK.Conclusion JieDu QuYu ZiYin Fang can inhibited MCF-7 cell proliferation effectively;reduced the expression of mRNA and protein of ER? and ERK to achieve therapeutic effects.JieDu QuYu ZiYin Fang inhibitedthe ER signal pathway by down-regulating the mRNA and protein expression of ERa and ERK,so as to achieve therapeutic effects of SLE.
