Clinical Observation Of Yinqiao Xiaozhan Prescription Combined With External Washing Of Four Yellow Water On Wind-heat Rash Caused By Icotinib

Objective: To observe the preliminary clinical effects and safety of wind-heat rash after treatment with ectinib,and Yinqiao Xiaozhen combined with topical Sihuangshui in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Method : This study included 72 cases included in the standard,according to random number table method randomized,finally can meet the demands of the experiment,and complete the experiment to observe group of 31 cases(Yinqiao Xiaozhen + topical Sihuangshui)and control group 30 cases(loratadine tablets +topical Sihuangshui)),14 days(2 weeks)for a period of treatment,observation of two procedures.To observe the grading of skin rash,TCM syndrome scores,adverse reactions and KPS scores of wind-heat skin rash in the two groups.The results were analyzed by the software spss20.0.Results:(1)Comparison of effective rate of rash between the two groups before and after treatment showed that the effective rate of the observation group was 28 cases(11 cases were cured and 17 cases were effective)and 3 cases were not effective(90.32%),while the effective rate of the control group was 21 cases(5 cases were cured and 16 cases were effective)and 9 cases were not effective(70.0%).The difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05);(2)Two groups of exatinib wind-heat rash of TCM clinical symptom before and after treatment,the effect of observation group 27cases(8 cases were markedly effective,effective 19),stable in 2 cases,2 had no effect,the effective rate was 87.1%,and effective for the control group 18 cases(4 cases were markedly effective,effective 14),stable and 7 cases,5 cases failed,the effective rate was 60.0%,the observation group is better than that of control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)comparison between the two groups after treatment,the observation group was 87.1%,63.3% better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,there was no statistical difference in blood test,nausea,vomiting and diarrhea between the two groups including WBC,HB,PLT,AST,ALT,Cr and BUN(P>0.05).Conclusion : Both of the two treatment methods can effectively improve the grading of wind-heat rash caused by ecotinib,TCM syndrome score and karman's score,but the therapeutic effect of yinqiao xiaozao prescription combined with external use of Sihuangshui is more significant,and has certain security.
