| Objective:Through the analysis of FFDM signs, clinical and pathological factors and the investigation and research of breast cancer survival status, further analyze the relationship between FFDM signs and clinical and pathological factors and prognosis,in order to develop through FFDM signs whether joint clinical pathologic factors to predict breast cancer survival has a larger value,to search for more accurate evaluation of the prognosis of breast cancer. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed and investigated breast cancer patients who had undergone surgery in our hospital since July 2014 and were pathologically confirmed.FFDM images of breast cancer patients were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and classified according to the tumor characteristics at the time of diagnosis.Collect clinical and pathological data of breast cancer patients, such as age of disease, pathological type, lymph node status, molecular subtype, pathological grade,etc.Follow-up and calculate the overall survival(OS)of the patients, perform K-M survival curve and multivariate COX proportional hazard regression analysis to evaluate the correlation between mammography characteristics, clinical and pathological characteristics and three-year survival rate.Results:1.A total of 252 patients were included in the study, ranging in age from 27 to82 years old, with an average age of 52.04 years old,of which invasive ductal carcinoma was mainly(200 cases,79.4%).The median follow-up time was 52 months(range 8-68months).The follow-up rate was 93%.In the end,42 cases died and 210 cases survived. The 3-year survival rate is about 83.3%.2.The results of chi-square test showed that the age of disease, lymph node status, histological grade, molecular classification and the 3-year survival rate of breast cancer were correlated(P<0.05).The tumor margin and suspicious calcification in the signs of FFDM were correlated with the 3-year survival rate of breast cancer,P<0.05.3.Binary logistic regression analysis shows that FFDM signs, clinical and pathological factors or the combination of both can predict the 3-year survival rate of breast cancer, but the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of FFDM signs combined with clinical and pathological factors to predict the 3-year survival rate of breast cancer are better than the prediction model of FFDM alone or clinical and pathological factors.4.Multivariate COX analysis showed that lymph node status(p=0.043),age of disease(p=0.039),mass margin(p=0.000),suspicious calcification(p=0.001)were independent risk factors for predicting breast cancer OS.Conclusion:The edge of the mass and suspected calcification on FFDM,the age of the patient, and the status of the lymph node are independent factors predicting the prognosis of breast cancer patients.FFDM signs combined with clinical and pathological factors have great value in predicting the survival of breast cancer. |
