| At present our country has basically completed the basic health insurance coverage,basic health care coverage and raising the level of security to release the medical needs of residents,but for a long time,the basic medical insurance policy division lead to different medical service utilization is unreasonable,presents the medical resources and patients are agglomeration phenomenon to the big hospital,medical resource allocation imbalance between urban and rural areas,"a doctor" difficulty and high cost problem has not yet been solved.To this end,the state has continued to explore and promote the overall planning of basic medical insurance,built a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system with the "first diagnosis at the grassroots level" as the core,improved the level of medical security,guided patients to actively choose grassroots medical institutions for medical treatment,realized reasonable diverging among medical institutions at all levels,and promoted the fairness of medical security.The basic medical insurance plays an important guiding role in the diversified medical needs of residents today.In this thesis,the participation in basic medical insurance is divided into three categories for comparative analysis.Combined with literature and regression results,it can be seen that different types of basic medical insurance have different influences on residents’ medical behavior.Compared with urban insurance,the participating groups of the new rural cooperative medical insurance are more likely to seek medical treatment.In terms of the choice of medical institutions,the participation of the new rural cooperative medical care system will,to a certain extent,guide residents to choose the grass-roots institutions of township and village medical institutions for medical treatment.Meanwhile,the difference of urban and rural structure will also affect residents’ medical treatment behaviors to a certain extent.Innovation point of this thesis is to try on different kinds of basic health care segment to study its influence on residents’ medical behavior: under the background of basic health care to achieve universal coverage,the thesis probes into the service coverage position to protect a wide range of new farmers,city and town in the difference of the impact of residents medical behavior,thought that improve our health care system,promote the development of medical and health undertakings and provide opinions and Suggestions.The disadvantages of this study are: limited by available data resources,the variables related to hospitals were not included,and the role of this factor remains to be further studied.Secondly,the urban-rural structure is an important influencing factor of residents’ hospital-seeking behavior,so this thesis only made a simple regression on the urban-rural difference,and failed to further explore the impact of the urban-rural difference. |
