With the rapid development of our country's economy and society and the steady improvement of residents' living conditions,residents' demand for medical services is increasing,and the increase of medical service demand puts forward higher requirements for the utilization efficiency of medical services.In order to improve the efficiency of medical service utilization,improve the accessibility and fairness of medical service utilization,and improve the health status of residents,China is constantly improving the basic medical insurance system.Therefore,this paper discusses the impact of basic medical insurance on the utilization of residents' medical services,which is of great significance to improve the utilization level of medical services and the overall health quality of residents in China from the perspective of improving the basic medical insurance.In this paper,we use the data of 2016 adult questionnaire of Chinese family tracking survey,use stata15.0 to sort out the data,refer to the existing literature at home and abroad and Anderson medical service utilization model,determine therelevant variables to be controlled in this study,and use spss21.0 to regress the total medical expenses,self paid medical expenses and self paid proportion of medical expenses for different types of basic medical insurance analysis.The results showed that the total medical cost of the new rural cooperative insurance was 33.7% lower than that of the Urban Vocational insurance,and that of the urban residential insurance was 16.6% lower than that of the Urban Vocational insurance In terms of self payment medical expenses,the new rural cooperative medical insurance participants reduced 9.9%on the 5% confidence level,while there was no significant difference in the self payment medical expenses between urban and urban residents;in terms of the self payment proportion of medical expenses,the self payment proportion of new rural cooperative medical insurance participants increased 12%,and the self payment proportion of urban residents increased 4.8%,and it was found that the new rural cooperative medical insurance and urban residents medical insurance participants increased 4.8% The proportion of out of pocket medical expenses of the insured is higher than that of the urban employees.Generally speaking,different types of basic medical insurance have different effects on the utilization of residents' medicalservices.Finally,based on the above empirical analysis results,put forward targeted measures: first,reasonable allocation of medical and health resources,strengthen the investment in rural medical and health resources.Second,deepen the reform of medical insurance payment mode,reduce the proportion of self payment and reduce the personal medical burden.Third,strengthen publicity and education,improve the health awareness of residents to prevent chronic diseases.Fourth,improve information transparency,reduce moral hazard,and strengthen fund supervision.
