Research On The Effect Of Medication Improvement On Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis Based On Mobile Drug Management Software

Objective: To evaluate the effect of medication use improvement program on patients with rheumatoid arthritis based on mobile drug management software,and to provide basis for better treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods: Patients with rheumatoid arthritis according to inclusion criteria were included in a hospital in Shenyang.The participants were divided into control group or intervention group according random numbers generated by computer,the control group accepted routine medication guide,intervention group received drug reminder and disease surveillance.Intervention began on the day patients were enrolled and last 6months,medication compliance,disease activity,physical function and quality of life were assessed at 3 months 6 months and after the intervention,and medication compliance and disease activity were again assessed at 6 months.The primary outcome were medication compliance and its variability,secondary outcome were disease activity,physical function,and quality of life.SPSS24.0 software was used for data analysis,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results: The first patient was enrolled in December 2019,and the last patient was enrolled in July 2020,ultimately a total of 112 patients were included in this study,including 56 patients in control group and 56 patients in intervention group.After 6months,38 patients in control group had low medication compliance,and the change value of medication compliance was-0.31±1.5;14 patients in intervention group had low medication compliance,and the change value of medication compliance was 0.94±1.2.The compliance of intervention group was better than that control group(P < 0.001).The change of disease activity in control group was-0.33±1.8,and-0.98±1.9 in intervention group.There was no statistically significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05),but the number of remission patients in intervention group was more than that in control group(P < 0.05).In addition,there was no significant difference in physical function and quality of life between two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Medication promotion based on mobile drug management software has a positive effect on medication compliance and disease control in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and its effect on physical function and quality of life needs further explore.
