| Purpose: Occupational stress,as a new type of occupational hazard factor,is threatening the quality of professional life of the professional population.Occupational stress research in our country started late, and there is a big gap between our country and European and American countries from theoretical research to evaluation methods. The current research results are still not enough to meet the needs of current occupational stress prevention and control work.Limited epidemiological studies have found that some individual characteristics and occupational characteristics may be the influencing factors of occupational stress, but they have not explored the possible influencing factors of occupational stress at the molecular level. Most research focuses on medical staff, police, teachers, etc. It is still doubtful whether their conclusions are applicable to other occupational groups. Therefore, this study combines on-site investigations and laboratory tests to understand the current situation of occupational stress among employees in power supply enterprise, analyze the relationship between occupational stress and mental health, and the effects of metabolic abnormalities, oxidative stress, neurotransmitters, and inflammatory factors on occupational stress.Discuss the influencing factors of occupational stress and provide a scientific basis for more targeted prevention and control of occupational stress.Method:(1)Using a cluster random sampling method,1051 employees of a power supply enterprise were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey.Use "Job Content Questionnaire","Effort-Reward Imbalance Questionnaire","Center for Epidemiological Research Depression Scale","Self-Rating Anxiety Scale","Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey" to measure the subjects’ JDC and ERI model occupations stress, depression symptoms, anxiety symptoms and burnout situation.(2)Measured the height, weight, blood pressure and detected blood sugar, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein to analyze the effect of metabolic abnormalities on occupational stress.(3)Detected malondialdehyde(MDA),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and serotonin(5-HT),lnterleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor ɑ(TNF-ɑ)levels,and analyze the effects of oxidative stress, neurotransmitters, and inflammatory factors on occupational stress.Results:(1)In the JDC model,income,exercise,high-temperature high-altitude operations and VDT operations have an impact on occupational stress;in the ERI model, age, type of work, sleep time, and VDT operations are the influencing factors of occupational stress.(2)The higher the job demand, efforts, and overcommitment, the higher the score and detection rate of anxiety symptoms, depression symptoms, and the detection rate of burnout. The higher the degree of job demand, social support, and reward, the lower the score and detection rate of anxiety symptoms, depression symptoms, and detection rate of burnout.(3)Logistic regression results show that occupational stress in ERI model is an influencing factor of anxiety symptoms, depression symptoms and burnout;JDC occupational stress is an influencing factor of depression symptoms and burnout.(4)The greater the number of metabolic abnormalities, the higher the contribution, overcommitment score and E/R ratio, and the lower the return score. The logistic regression results of the influencing factors of occupational stress showed that the effect of metabolic abnormality on the D/C ratio was not statistically significant, and the effect of occupational stress on ERI was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)In the ERI model, the T-AOC level of the high occupational stress group was lower than that of the low occupational stress group, and the 5-HT level was higher than the low occupational stress group. The job demand dimension in the JDC model is negatively correlated with the MDA level.T-AOC and TG levels are negatively correlated,SBP,DPB and SOD levels are negatively correlated.(6)The mediating effect analysis showed that the total effect of metabolic abnormality on occupational stress was significant, and the effect on the intermediary variable T-AOC was significant. After the metabolic abnormality was controlled, the effect of T-AOC on occupational stress was not significant. The bootstrap method test showed the mediating effect of T-AOC was not significant.Conclusion:(1)The detection rate of occupational stress in the two modes of power supply enterprises is relatively high, and occupational hazards such as high-temperature and high-altitude operations and VDT operations will increase the risk of occupational stress.(2)Occupational stress can increase the risk of anxiety symptoms, depression symptoms, and job burnout.(3)An increase in the number of abnormal metabolic indicators will increase the degree of occupational stress in the ERI model, but has no significant effect on the occupational stress in JDC model.(4)Low T-AOC levels may be associated with high occupational stress, rising 5-HT levels increase the risk of occupational stress in ERI model and MDA levels are negatively correlated with job requirements.(5)The mediating effect of T-AOC in metabolic abnormalities and occupational stress is not significant, and the effect of metabolic abnormalities on occupational stress cannot be considered to be mediated by affecting antioxidant capacity. |
