Analysis Of The Correlation Between Hp Infection And Serological Indexes

Objective: To study the correlation between Hp infections and part of the serological indicators,the risk of abnormal part of some serological indicators caused by Hp infection is preliminaryly evaluated.Method: 1.Statistical methods for adopting a retrosive case control study.2.Selected 652 patients with hospitalized hospitals for Hp infection in September to September 2017 to 2020,including 294 men,358 females;age(50.10 ± 11.26),age,Sex for matching conditions According to the inclusion standard from our hospital from our hospital,291 male,361 women,age(49.88 ± 11.71)as a control group,collect data such as serological indicators of the above patients.3.Apply SPSS 22.0 statistical software to analyze the data.The measurement data complies with normal distribution.The mean ± standard deviation indicates that the comparison between the two groups uses T test,and P <0.05 is statistically significant;the data is not complied with normal distribution data,according to the mediation(four)Position number pitch)to indicate that the comparison between the group selection is the statistical method of non-parameter testing(Wilcoxon symbol rank sum test),and P<0.05 is statistically significant,computational ratio and risk assessment.2 inspection and conditions logstic return.Comparing the difference between the serological indicators of the two groups,it is judged that the impact of Hp infection on serological indicators and Hp infections may cause an abnormal risk of serological indicators.RESULTS: 1.Hp infection with blood high triglycerides,high and low density lipoprotein,hyperuronic acid,low high density lipoprotein,low-lipoprotein A,low prime white protein,low blood small plate levels(P<0.05);Hp infection with cholesterol,lipoprotein B,and serum glucose(P> 0.05).2.Hype triglycerides occur in patients with Hp infection,high and low density lipoprotein,low high-density lipoprotein,low pre-albumin,low lipoprotein A risk increase(OR = 0.38,0.52,13.41,1.03,17.14;P <0.01);No difference in risk of high UA in Hp infection patients(OR = 1.00;P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Hp infection can cause abnormalities such as blood lipids,blood uric acid,platelets and fat proteins,and prevent Hp infection to reduce abnormal lipid metabolism,abnormal uric acid metabolism,and bloodlets.2.Hp infection patients increase the risk of abnormalities in the metabolism,which should pay attention to light diet,moderate motion,and reduce the risk of abnormal blood lipid metabolism while being actively treated with patients with Hp infection.
