| Objective By observing the regulation effect of TCM supporting method on immune function of patients with perianal abscess,the clinical effect was summarized and the mechanism of action was explored.Methods 80 patients with perianal abscess after operation in anorectal Department of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given routine treatment such as oral Tuoli Xiaodu powder,intravenous antibiotics and wound dressing;the control group was given routine treatment such as intravenous antibiotics and wound dressing.The treatment time of the two groups was2 weeks.The temperature score,pain score,wound area reduction rate,wound secretion exudation,white blood cell count,absolute value of neutrophils,IgA,IgG,IgM,complement C3,complement C4 and other values of the two groups were observed.The data were collected for statistical analysis,and the research results were analyzed and discussed.Results There was no significant difference in gender distribution,age distribution,abscess type,bacterial culture of pus and overall curative effect between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable;there was no significant difference in temperature score and temperature change during observation between the two groups(P > 0.05);there was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups,and there was no significant difference in wound pain on the 7th day after operation The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the pain of the experimental group was lighter than that of the control group;the difference was statistically significant on the 14 th day(P < 0.05),the wound healing of the experimental group was faster than that of the control group;the difference was statistically significant on the 3rd and 7th day after operation(P < 0.05)Wound exudates less than the control group;two groups of patients with white blood cell count,postoperative 7 days difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the experimental group white blood cell count was less than the control group;two groups of patients with neutrophil absolute value,postoperative 7 days difference was statistically significant(P > 0.05);immune index: two groups of patients IgA,IgG,IgM,complement C3,complement C4,postoperative 7 days difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion 1.The traditional Chinese medicine supporting method has a regulatory effect on the immune function of patients with perianal abscess.It is better than the control group in relieving inflammatory reaction,reducing wound pain,reducing wound secretion exudation and promoting wound healing.2.The regulation effect of TCM supporting method on the immune function of patients with perianal abscess is mainly realized through the mechanism of nourishing qi and nourishing blood,strengthening and supporting toxin. |
