The Clinical Research On The Three Pathological Stages After The One-stage Radical Discission Of Low Perianal Abscess

Objective:According to the three pathological stages after the one-stage radical discission o low perianal abscess,separately apply Jiuyi Dan,Shengji San and Qingge San as the main topica on wound,to relieve pain,edema and to promote agglutination.As a result,it is expected to establish a satisfactory dressing change method after surgery,which can achieve certain social and economic benefits.Methods:Referred to Standards of Diagnostic and Curative Effect of TCM Diseases issued by National Chinese Medicine Administrative Bureau,40 cases of low perianal abscess were separated randomly into two groups:treatment group,20 cases received dressing change of power Chinese medicine.In the first stage (Day 1-3 after surgery), Sanhuang oil gauze well-distributed with Jiuyi Dan power was inserted into the deep vomica to drain. In the second stage (Day 4-15 after surgery), Sanhuang oil gauze well-distributed with Shengji San power was used.In the third stage (Day 16-clinically cured), Sanhuang oil gauze well-distributed with Qingge San power was used. In control group,20 cases simply received dressing change of Sanhuang oil gauze through all the stages.Both the two groups got dressing change twice a day from the first day after surgery to clinically cured, and wounds were washed by physiological saline solution and metroidazole before dressing change. The agglutination of wound, occurrence of postoperative complications and safety indices were observed. Statistically analyze the observation results of pain, edema, excretion, growth of granulation, growth rate of cutex of wound,agglutination time and so on.Results:(1)Compare the grouth of granulation, growth rate of cutex on wound, there is statistical significance,P<0.05. So treament group is prior to control group.(2)Treament group is also prior to control group in drying time and agglutination time of wound with statistical significance,P<0.05.(3)Compare treament group with control group,there is significant difference in relieving edema and decreasing excretion,P<0.05.(4)There is no difference in relieving pain after surgery between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusions:1.Dressing change of power Chinese medicine poses obvious priority in relieving edema, decreasing excretion, promoting grouth of granulation, drying and agglutination of wound.It means that this therapeutic method can promote agglutination of wound and alleviate postoperative complications.2.There is no abnormality in the observation of safety index.It shows that applying power Chinese medicine in stages is safe and effective,thus it is worthy clinical generalization and application.
