Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Compound Huangbai Liquid In The Postoperative Wounds Of Perianal Abscess

Objective:By comparing the application of Compound Huangbai Liquid and Potassium permanganate solution to the wounds after perianal abscess,Observe the difference in effect of the two in promoting wound healing after perianal abscess,reducing wound pain,preventing edema of wound margin and perianal eczema,and reducing the amount of wound secretions,to understand the advantages and disadvantages of Compound Huangbai Liquid in the application of perianal abscess wounds.Furthermore,it provides a new direction for sitz bath treatment of perianal abscess postoperative wounds.Methods:The study subjects were 60 patients with perianal abscess who met the inclusion criteria among the inpatients in the Department of Anorectal No.1 of the People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Chinese Medicine between March 2019 and September 2019.The treatment group and the control group started a sitz bath after the first defecation on the first day after operation.The treatment group used a Compound Huangbai Liquid for the sitz bath,and the control group used a Potassium permanganate solution for the sitz bath.Observe the wound situation on the 3rd,7th,21 st,and 35 th days after the operation from anal pain,wound granulation,wound eczema,wound secretion,measurement of wound area,final wound healing time and calculation of wound healing rate,record observation indicators,and perform statistics.Analyze and draw conclusions.Result:1.There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group in general conditions(age,gender,disease course,and original wound area)before surgery(P> 0.05),which are comparable.2.There was no statistical difference in the comprehensive efficacy between the treatment group and the control group(P> 0.05).3.There was significant difference in the comparison of wound pain between the treatment group and the control group on the 7th day after operation(P <0.05).4.In the comparison of wound granulation morphology between the treatment group and the control group,there was a statistical difference between the 7th day after surgery(P<0.05).5.In the comparison of the eczema around the wounds between the treatment group and the control group,there was a statistical difference on the 7th and 21 st days after the operation(P <0.05).6.In the comparison of the amount of wound secretion between the treatment group and the control group,there was a statistical difference on the 21 st day after surgery(P <0.05).7.In the comparison of the wound area and wound healing rate between the treatment group and the control group,there were statistical differences on the 7th,21 st,and 35 th days(P <0.05).8.There was a statistical difference in the healing time between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Compound Huangbai Liquid sitz bath can promote wound healing after perianal abscess,relieve wound pain after perianal abscess,improve granulation growth,prevent postoperative wound edge edema,and effectively reduce postoperative wound secretions and reduce the incidence of perianal eczema,Significantly shorten the wound healing time.
