Clinical Intervention Studies Of Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu Decoction To The Incipient Fat T2DM

Objective:To observe the effect of Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu decoction and metformin on the clinical effects of obesity onset type 2 diabetic patients,to investigate the role of advantage of Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu decoction,reduce and delay the complications to provide more effective treatment options for early clinical intervention.Methods:60 cases of obese type of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patientswere randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases each,treatment group:taking Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu decoction. Control group:taking metformin tablets. Observing two groups before and after treatment in patients with blood glucose blood lipid,c-peptide release and insulin test of changes situation.Results:Comparison between the two groups after treatment,time of blood glucose is better than the treatment group in the control group(P<0.01). The treatment group of glycosylated hemoglobin was lower than that in control group, have significant difference(P<0.01).The fasting plasma glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose,the treatment group significan- ly reduced than the control group(P<0.01). C-peptide release test,the treatment group release increased than the control group when the fasting and 1h after the meal(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in the rest time(P>0.05).The treatment group reduced significantly than the control group in the insulin resistance and the pancreatic islets B-cell function and inflammatory cytokines(P<0.01). There was no adverse effect during clinical trials.Conclusion:There are obvious clinical curative effect of Jiawei Huanglian Jiedu decoction in reducing blood glucose blood lipid,improve insulin resistance,restore the function of pancreatic islet beta cells,better than the control group,and security.
