Efficacy Of Cigu Pingyan Fang On Tamoxifen In The Treatment Of Endometrial Thickening Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Caused By Breast Cancer

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of Cigu Pingyan Fang on tamoxifen in the treatment of endometrial thickening caused by breast cancer and the improvement of related TCM symptoms,so as to provide a new method for the clinical prevention and treatment of adverse reactions after endocrine therapy of breast cancer.Methods: Will be included in the standard of 74 patients by using random Numbers table grouping were divided into control group and treatment group,treatment group of 37 cases,control group of 37 cases,control group received routine treatment with tamoxifen,10mg/time,2times/day,the treatment group in the control group with oral Cigu Pingyan Fang on the basis of treatment,water a blunt 200ml in the morning and evening,two groups on a regular basis through vaginal ultrasound detection of endometrial thickness.The endometrial thickness,ECOG score,TCM clinical symptom score of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.The results of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed and processed to reach the final conclusion.Results:.(1)The endometrial thickness of the treatment group was significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01),while the endometrial thickness of the control group was not significantly different before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups showed statistically significant difference(P<0.01).(2)The ECOG score of the treatment group before and after treatment showed statistically significant difference(P<0.01),while the ECOG score of the control group before and after treatment showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,there was statistical difference in ECOG score between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)There were significant statistical differences in TCM clinical symptom scores in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.01),while there was no significant difference in TCM clinical symptom scores in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was significant statistical difference in TCM clinical symptom scores between the two groups(P<0.01).The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.43%,and that of the control group was 54.28%.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: the Cigu Pingyan Fang can effectively improve tamoxifen for breast cancer caused by endometrial thickening,and can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the patients quality of life,does not appear allergic condition in the process of clinical observation and other adverse reactions,patients compliance is good,suggest the treatment is safe and effective,can be popularized in clinical application.
