The Influence Of Sanjiafumaitang On The Clinical Efficacy, ABPM And HBV In Patients With Hepertension (Yin Deficiency In Liver And Kidney Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanjiafumai Tang in treating the grade 1 and 2 essential hypertension (EH) patients of yin deficiency in liver and kidney and the effect in the ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and heart rate variability(HRV) results of these patients.Methods:60 EH patients were divided randomly into two groups. therapeutic group was treated with Sanjiafumai Tang,and the control group was treated with nifedipine,3 weeks were used as a treatment course.The changes of clinical symptoms,ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM), HRV and laboratory indexes were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:(1)Symptoms score:there had a obviously different between the two total symptoms scores of the therapeutic group before and after treatment(P<0.05), and also between therapeutic group and control group(P<0.05).(2)ambulatory blood pressure monitoring:the results of 24hSBP,dSBP,nSBP which counted before and after treatment in the therapeutic group were obviously different(P<0.05),and the results of 24hDBP,dDBP,nDBP in it were no difference.The results of 24hSBP,24hDBP,dSBP,dDBP,nSBP,nDBP before and after treatment in the control group were obviously different(P<0.05).After treatment,the results of 24hSBP,dSBP of the two groups were no different(P>0.05),on the other hand the 24hDBP,dDBP,nDBP,nSBP results were obviously different.The descension of nSBP in the therapeutic group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The descension of 24hDBP,dDBP,nDBP in the control group was better than the therapeutic group.There was a bviously different between the two total symptoms scores of the therapeutic group on the night BP laod(P<0.05),and the difference of the two groups before and after treatment on 24hSBP,dSBP,dDBP,nSBP, nSBP load were obvious(P<0.05).The difference of the dipper BP between the two groups was no sighificant,the difference of the exem-dipper BP between the two groups after treatment was significant(P<0.05).(3)heart rate variability:the heart rates of 24h,day and night in the therapeutic groups before and after treatment had a obvious difference.After treatment,compared the results of SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50 of the two groups,there were no difference.The descension of LF/HF of the therapeutic group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Sanjiafumai Tang could improve the clinical symptoms of the EH patients of yin deficiency in liver and kidney, and the impression was better than the control group.2.Sanjiafumai Tang could improve the 24hSBP,dSBP,nSBP of the EH patients of yin deficiency in liver and kidney, and the descension of nSBP is more than the control group.And the Sanjiafumai Tang could improve the BP rhythm and the BP load.3.Sanjiafumai Tang could improve the HRV of the essential hypertension essential hypertension.
