Investigation And Clinical Study On The Relationship Between Syndrome Distribution And Emotional Factors Of Patients With Premature Ejaculation In Kunming

Objective:An epidemiological survey was conducted on the distribution of TCM symptoms and emotional disorders of patients with premature ejaculation in Kunming by questionnaire.And to observe the clinical effect of Gui-Zhi-Jia-Long-Gu-Mu-Li decoction combined with Chai-Hu-Shu-Gan-San combined with Shugan Yiyang capsule on patients with heart-kidney syndrome complicated with emotional disorder.Method:1.To collect the patients with premature ejaculation from January 2020 to December 2020.2.Use Microsoft office Excel 2016 to input the basic information of patients to establish a database,sort out and draw tables for the information.3.Use spss22 to take appropriate statistical methods to analyze the data.4.Patients with PE whose SAS score ≥ 50 and/or SDS score ≥ 53 were treated with Gui-Zhi-Jia-Long-Gu-Mu-Li decoction combined with Chai-HuShu-Gan-San combined with Shugan Yiyang capsule.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome improvement were observed and recorded at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Result:1.260 questionnaires were sent out,and a total of 217 questionnaires were actually recovered,with a response rate of 83.5%.2.There are 13 different syndrome types in 217 patients with PE.There were 88 cases(40.6%)of heart-kidney syndrome,Liver by the hot 46 cases(21.2%),heart kidney is not hand and Yin deficiency 23 cases(10.6%),heart is not handed in 12 cases of syndrome and liver by wet and heat(5.5%),Yin deficiency,10 cases(4.6%),liver fire within the 9 cases(4.1%),liver by wet and heat syndrome and Yin deficiency syndrome 9 cases(4.1%),fire mist two deficiency syndrome in 7 cases(3.2%),kidney gas not certificate qi 7 cases(3.2%),liver stagnation syndrome and kidney not solid constriction in 3patients(1.4%),heart,kidney don’t hand over of syndrome and kidney not solid in 1 case(0.5%),liver qi and liver by wet and heat syndrome within 1 case(0.5%),kidney is not solid1 case of syndrome combined with deficiency of heart and spleen(0.5%).3.In this survey,simple anxiety was 24.0%,simple depression was 7.8%,and anxiety combined with depression was 8.3%.4.The detection rate of anxiety and depression in PE patients with heart-kidney syndrome and liver meridian damp-heat syndrome was lower than the overall level.The detection rate of anxiety and depression was higher in compound syndrome,in which the detection rate of anxiety in damp-heat syndrome of liver channel combined with yin deficiency and fire exuberance syndrome was the highest.5.The marriage,duration and sexual frequency of patients with PE were correlated with the detection rate of anxiety symptoms and SAS score.Age,course of disease and sexual frequency were correlated with the detection rate of depressive symptoms and SDS score.Marriage was correlated with PEDT score.There was no correlation between occupation,education level,body mass index and the detection rate of anxiety and depression and the scores of SAS,SDS and PEDT.6.A total of 23 patients with cardiorenal incompatibility syndrome(PE)with anxiety and/or depression symptoms were included in the clinical observation.After 2 weeks of treatment,the symptom improvement rate was61.9%,and the clinical treatment efficiency was 71.4%.After 4 weeks of treatment,the symptom improvement rate was 88.9%,and the clinical treatment efficiency was 94.4%.Conclusion:1.The syndrome type of PE patients in Kunming area is composed of basic syndrome type and compound syndrome type.Among them,the basic syndrome types are heart-kidney syndrome(40.6%)and heat syndrome of liver channel(21.2%),and the compound syndrome are heart-kidney syndrome combined with yin deficiency and fire syndrome(10.6%)and heart-kidney syndrome combined with liver meridian damp-heat syndrome(5.5%).2.Emotional disorders are common in patients with PE in Kunming.3.The marriage,duration and sexual frequency of PE patients were correlated with the detection rate of anxiety symptoms and SAS score.4.The age,duration and sexual frequency of PE patients were correlated with the detection rate of depressive symptoms and SDS score.5.There was a correlation between marriage and PEDT score in patients with PE.6.There was no correlation between occupation,education level,body mass index and the detection rate of anxiety and depression and the scores of SAS,SDS and PEDT in patients with PE.7.Gui-Zhi-Jia-Long-Gu-Mu-Li decoction combined with Chai-Hu-ShuGan-San combined with Shugan Yiyang capsule can significantly improve the IELT and TCM symptoms of patients with heart-kidney incompatibility syndrome with anxiety and/or depression symptoms,the clinical effect is accurate,the effect is satisfactory.
