Objective:The clinical data of patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated by Taohong Siwu decoction and Shengmai Powder were analyzed retrospectively.To explore the clinical characteristics of these patients and the clinical effect and quality of life of patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated with Taohong Siwu decoction and Shengmai Powder.Method:A retrospective study experimental design was selected to collect clinical data from January 2019 to December 2020 from the Second Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in patients admitted to the hospital who were diagnosed with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome and treated with the Chinese herbal soup Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Shengmai powder Plus Decrease,with a total of 120 cases collected.The general data(gender,age,BMI,duration of disease,complications),clinical conditions(TCM syndrome score,angina pectoris symptom score,ECG changes)and Seattle quality of life score were collected through the electronic inpatient medical record system and entered into an Excel database,and then the obtained data were statistically analyzed using SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results:1.General(1)This study included 26 males(21.67%),94 women(78.33%),Male/female ratio 1:3.62;(2)The youngest age is 43,the maximum age is 79,average age 67.00±7.70 years;(3)BMI index averages 23.959±3.579,there were 53 overweight cases(44.16%);(4)The longest course was 30 years,the shortest is one year,average duration of illness 8.76±7.46 years,most in 5years;(5)The main complications were hypertension(50%),lacunar cerebral infarction(39.17%),lower extremity artery sclerosis occlusion(8.33%),diabetes(31.67%)and other metabolic diseases.Total ECG efficiency 82.5%after treatment.2.Indicators of efficacyTCM syndromes: The average score of TCM syndromes was 18.35±4.01 before treatment and 7.79±3.59 after treatment.The total effective rate was89.17%;Symptoms of angina pectoris: The average score of angina pectoris before treatment is 13.07±3.80,after treatment is 5.90±3.57.And after treatment,the symptoms of angina pectoris have been improved.The total effective rate is 86.67%;Electrocardiogram effect: 14 patients with significant electrocardiogram(11.67%),effective 85 cases(70.83%),invalid 21 cases(17.50%).The total effective rate of electrocardiogram after treatment was 82.5%.3.Quality of lifeThe scores of SAQ before treatment were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In this study,the patients were mainly middle-aged and elderly,more women than men,the incidence of 60-80 years old is high,the course of disease is more than five years,closely related to body fat,easy to be associated with hypertension,lumen infarction,diabetes and other metabolic diseases.2.Taohong Siwu decoction and Shengmai powder can improve the TCM syndrome,angina symptoms and electrocardiogram conditions of patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.3.Taohong Siwu decoction and Shengmai Powder can improve the quality of life of patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.
