Effect Of Chesting Decotion On Fractalkine,hs-CRP And Hemorheology In Patients With Unstable Angina Pectoris Of Qi Deficiency And Coronary Heart Disease And Its Clinical Efficacy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiongbi Decoction on unstable angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and its influence on Fractalkine(FKN),hs-CRP and hemorheology;to objectively evaluate and analyze the safety and efficacy of Xiongbi Decoction in the treatment of this disease;to preliminarily explore the mechanism of Xiongbi Decoction in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:Sixty patients with unstable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with basic Western medicine,in the mean time the treatment group was treated with Xiongbi Decoction orally based on it.The treatment has lasted for 4 weeks as a period of treatment.The two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score,angina attack frequency,pain degree,duration,resting electrocardiogram,FKN,hs-CRP,hemorheology and other therapeutic indicators and safety indicators had been observed and comparied,using statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of Chengbi Decoction on these indicators.Results: 1.The ST-T changes of resting electrocardiogram in both groups were improved after treatment.The effective rate of treatment group was 90%,while that of control group was 70%.It showed that treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the dosage of nitroglycerin in both groups decreased.The stop-and-drop rate of nitroglycerin in treatment group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that in control group(70%).This indicated that there was a difference between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the number of attacks,duration and pain degree of angina pectoris in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05);while the total effective rate of treatment group(93.33%)was higher than that of control group(70%),indicating treatment group was better control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in treatment group was more obvious,indicating that treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the levels of FKN,hs-CRP and hemorheology in the two groups were significantly lower than before,and the decrease in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).6.After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C in both groups were lower than before(P<0.05),HDL-C was higher than before(P<0.05),and there were differences between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Based on Western medicine treatment,the combination of Xiongbi Decoction can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of patients,reduce the number of attacks,pain degree and duration of angina pectoris,reduce the consumption of nitroglycerin,improve resting electrocardiogram,improve myocardial metabolism,and effectively treat myocardial ischemia.2.Xiongbi Decoction can significantly improve the levels of hs-CRP,FKN,hemorheology and blood lipid,inhibit inflammatory reaction and anti-atherosclerosis,improve the clinical efficacy of UA,and secure the safety.
