Objective:To observe the changes of brain activation signal caused by acupuncture on the right Taichong point(LR3)and Ligou point(LR5)group of healthy subjects,and to explore the mechanism of acupuncture on foot Jueyin liver meridian and the brain specific reflection caused by acupuncture point.Method:Recruit 18 healthy volunteers from Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine,all right-handed.Using Philips 3.0 T dual-source dual-gradient magnetic resonance scanner,the brain activation signal data of the right Taichong-Ligou group were collected,and the brain static state fMRI data before and after acupuncture were collected.The image data were processed based on the MATLAB 2017 a running DPARSFA and xjView software.The image data were statistically analyzed by the software package.Finally,the location,voxel value,activation degree and pre-needle acupuncture region were obtained by acupuncture Taichong-Ligou group After the ALFF value and other information.Results:1.Brain regions with increased signal caused by acupuncture Bold taichong-ligou group include: right hippocampus(BA34),left cerebellum,P≤ 0.01.2.Brain regions with decreased signal caused by acupuncture Bold taichong-ligou group include:The inferior frontal gyrus(BA44),inferior frontal gyrus(BA45),superior lateral margin gyrus(BA40),left central posterior gyrus(BA6),P ≤ 0.01.3.Acupuncture at taichong-ligou group points compared with acupuncture at taichong single point Bold the signal increased in the brain region: left cerebellum,left brain stem,left parahippocampal gyrus(BA36),right cingulate gyrus(BA33),p ≤ 0.01.4.There was no significant Bold signal decrased in the brain area,P ≥0.05.5.Brain regions with higher ALFF value in Taichong-Ligou group after acupuncture were: left top gyrus(BA32),left cuneate lobe(BA1),left superior frontal gyrus(BA32),P ≤ 0.01.6.Brain regions with reduced ALFF values in taichong-ligou group after acupuncture were: left anterior cingulate gyrus(BA32),right inferior temporal gyrus(BA20),right fusiform gyrus(BA37),right cerebellum,P ≤0.01.Conclusion:1.Compared with the acupuncture points of Taichong single point and Taichong-Ligou group,the group points could activate more extensive areas,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with single point acupuncture,cerebellar activation in acupuncture group may be the key to the clinical effect of treating hypertension.2.Acupuncture points of Taichong and Ligou group are related to their clinical indications,and the influence of acupuncture group points on the brain refions related to emotional cognition and body movement may be the embodiment of acupuncture points.3.Compared with before acupuncture,the ALFF value after acupuncture changes in multiple brain regions in both brains,and it is related to the clinical indications.It shows that the continuous effect of acupuncture is a long time-effect regulation process,which still exists after acupuncture is finished. |
