Clinical Observation Of Yiguanjian Jiawei Combined With Gamma Knife In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Primary Liver Cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yijianjianwei combined with gamma knife in the treatment of primary liver cancer with liver,kidney and yin deficiency.Methods:Sixty patients with liver cancer who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the principle of random control,including 30 cases in the treatment group(Yuan Guanjian oral+gamma knife treatment group),and 30 cases in the control group(gamma knife treatment group only);From the beginning of gamma knife treatment to 3 months after gamma knife treatment,the clinical efficacyevaluation was performed by comparing the recent curative effect of solid tumor before and after treatment,TCM symptom score,KPS score,AFP value level,pain score,radiotherapy toxicity and side effects.Statistical analysis was performed using the US statistical software package SPSS 21.0.Results:1.Comparison of the short-term efficacy of the two groups of patients.The rank-sum test was used to compare the distribution of the short-term efficacy after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(Z=2.010 P=0.044<0.05);the objective response rate was compared using the chi-square test.Statistical significance(x~2= 4.267,P=0.039<0.05);Chi-square test was used to compare the disease control rate,the difference was not statistically significant(x~2=1.667,P=0.197>0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group was 63.33%,The total effective rate of the control group was 36.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(x~2=4.267,P= 0.039<0.05).2.Compared with the degree of pain relief,after 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%;the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%;after the rank sum test,the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.117,P=0.034<0.05).3.Comparison of symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine,comparison within groups:after treatment,the treatment group uses rank sum test,Z=-4.707,P=0.000<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.The control group used rank sum test,Z=-4.572,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between groups:After treatment,the samples of the two groups were tested by rank sum test,Z=1.995,P=0.046<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM symptoms between the two groups.Rank sum test was used for the rank data of the two groups after 3 months of treatment.Z=2.416,P=0.016<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.,P=0.037<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.5.Comparison of KPS scores,comparison within groups:The treatment group used rank sum test after 3 months of treatment,Z=4.132,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the control group used rank sum test after 3 months of treatment,Z=2.822,P=0.005<0.05,the difference is statistically significant. Comparison between groups:Comparison of TCM symptom scores between the two groups after 3 months of treatment,using independent sample T test,t=2.006,P=0.049<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.6.AFP level comparison,after 3 months of treatment,within the group comparison:the treatment group Z=-4.659,P=0.000<0.05,the difference is statistically significant;the control group Z=-3.301,P=0.001<0.05,the difference has Statistical significance.Comparison between groups:Z=1.989,P=0.047<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.7.Comparison of side effects of radiotherapy,the incidence of side effects of radiotherapy during treatment between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both Yijianjianwei combined body gamma knife treatment and simple gamma knife treatment of primary liver cancer have good clinical efficacy,but Yiguanjian plus combined body gamma knife treatment has improved short-term efficacy,relieve pain,and improve traditional Chinese medicine.Symptom scores, improving the efficacy of TCM symptoms,improving the level of AFP,and improving the Carr’s score are better than simple gamma knife treatment;consistent decoction plus flavored knife combined with gamma knife can improve the patient’s quality of life and reduce the patient’s pain,it is worth further clinical promotion.
