Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cervical HR-HPV Infection By Han’s Fuyan Decotion Combined With Youjing’An

Objective: Through the treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection patients with Han’s Fuyan Decoction plus/down combined with Youjing ’an,observe its clinical efficacy and clinical application value,to provide an effective treatment scheme for the clinical treatment of this disease,prevent the occurrence of high-grade cervical lesions,and explore the mechanism of action of Han’s Fuyan Decoction.Method:Forty women who met the inclusion criteria and were diagnosed with cervical HR-HPV infection were divided into treatment group and control group on the premise of following the random principle.The treatment group was given oral Han Shifu Yan Decoction combined with Yujing Anayin for combined treatment,30 days as a course of treatment,continuous use of 3 courses;The control group only be Jing An Yin treatment,especially for 30 days for a period of treatment,application of three courses of treatment group and control group in the number of samples are 20,through the observation and evaluation of two groups before and after treatment of HPV viral load changes of TCT liquid based cell classification change Improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,to take their before and after the contrast and comparison between groups were analyzed.Result:Both Han Shifu Yan Decoction combined with Yujing ’an and Yujing’an alone can alleviate the clinical symptoms of TCM in patients with cervical HR-HPV infection,reduce the viral load of cervical HR-HPV,and improve the TCT of patients to a certain extent.The relevant data of the experimental group after treatment: TCM clinical symptom score 7.45±2.27,effective rate95%,TCT cure rate 25%,HR-HPV viral load 53.64±10.87,negative rate 35%,effective rate 95%;The relevant data of control group after treatment: TCM clinical symptom score 11.35±2.85,effective rate 80%,TCT cure rate 20%,HR-HPV viral load 211.34±43.53,negative rate 15%,effective rate 75%.The data of experimental group were better than that of control group.Conclusion: Han Shifu Yan Decoction combined with Yujing ’an in the treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection has better effect than Yujing An alone in improving patients’ related symptoms,clearing HPV virus and improving HPV negative conversion rate.It has significant efficacy and high safety factor,and is worthy of being widely used in clinical and promoted.
