Abstract:Objective:(1)Observing the levels of caspase-3and VEGFin trophocytes and the ultrastructural changes in villus in pregnant womenwith bacterial vaginal disease; investigating the influence of bacterialvaginal disease to the apoptosis of trophocytes and the the formation ofblood vessels in villus.(2) Observing the influence of recombinanthuman Interferon alfa-2b (rhINFa-2b) to the changes of the levels ofcaspase-3and VEGF in trophocytes and the ultrastructural changes invillus in pregnant women whith bacterial vaginal disease.(3)To providingsome clinical experiment basises for the feasibility of treatmentingbacterial vaginal disease with INFa-2b in pregnancy.Method: Serum samples of early pregnant women who want to terminatepregnancy with artificial abortion. Divide them into three groups:Inflammation treatment group: involves25pregnant women withbacterial vaginal disease who are treated with rhINFa-2b; Inflammationnot treatment group: involves25pregnant women with bacterial vaginaldisease who are treated without any drug; Normal control group: involves30pregnant women without any genital tract infectious diseases.Detecting the levels of caspase-3and VEGF in trophocytes withimmunohistochemical techniques and observing the ultrastructural changes in villus with transmission electron microscopy, andassessmenting the clinical curative effect of rhINFa-2b according to thesymptoms, signs and vaginal secretions tests in inflammation treatmentgroup.Result:(1) the levels of caspase-3in inflammation not treatment groupwere higher than that in normal control group, the levels of VEGF ininflammation not treatment group were lower than that in normal controlgroup, the two differences have statistical significance (P<0.05); Ininflammation not treatment group, we hava also observed edema andinflammatory cells, the trophocyte apoptosis and vascular degradation invillus.(2) In inflammation treatment group, the levels of caspase-3werelower than that in inflammation not treatment group, the levels of VEGFwere higher than that in inflammation not treatment group, the twodifferences have statistical significance (P<0.05); The tissue structurechanges in inflammation treatment group were better than that ininflammation not treatment group.(3)There was no statisticalsignificance of the levels of caspase-3and VEGF between inflammationtreatment group and normal control group (P>0.05).(4)The clinicalcurative efficiency of rhINFa-2b for the pregnant women with bacterialvaginal disease was84%.Conclusion:(1) The mechanism that bacterial vaginal disease harmingthe pregnancy may involve two aspects: high levels of caspase-3leading to trophocyte apoptosis, and lacking of VEGF which is key to theformation of blood vessels.(2)The INFa-2b can treat bacterial vaginaldisease in pregnancy while reducing the levels of caspase-3to decreasethe apoptosis of trophocytes, and elevating levels of VEGF to advance theformation of blood vessels.
