| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical symptom score,peripheral blood picture,and the expression of adhesion molecules MAdCAM-1 and ICAM-1 in peripheral blood of patients with chronic aplastic anemia(CAA)of kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency treated by Bushen Shengxue granule(Bushui Shengxue granule),clarify the clinical efficacy of the method of tonifying the kidney and producing blood,grasp the intervention effects of the drugs for tonifying the kidney and producing blood on MAdCAM-1,ICAM-1 and the different types of kidney deficiency(deficiency of kidney yin,deficiency of kidney yang)and the degree of abnormal expression of receptors Differences in curative effect to explore the mechanism of its influence on the regulation of hematopoietic adhesion in chronic aplastic anemia.MethodsAccording to the inclusion and exclusion diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine,peripheral blood picture and clinical symptom score of patients,55 patients with chronic aplastic anemia(kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency)were included as the treatment group.They were treated with busui Shengxue granule and basic routine auxiliary treatment for6 months.The general situation,clinical symptoms and treatment time of patients with different kidney deficiency syndrome types in the treatment group before and after treatment were observed and recorded The changes of TCM syndrome integral and peripheral blood picture were analyzed.Twenty healthy volunteers were selected as control group and their peripheral blood was collected.ELISA was used to detect the expression levels of adhesion molecules MAdCAM-1 and ICAM-1 in peripheral blood of patients with different syndrome types in the two groups before and after treatment,and compared with the control group to determine whether there are abnormalities of cell adhesion molecules MAdCAM-1 and ICAM-1 and the intervention effect of busui Shengxue granule.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis,with P<0.05 as statistically significant.Results1.The clinical effect of Bushen Shengxue method on patients with chronic aplastic anemia is quite good,and the total effective rate can be as high as 80.0%.After treatment,the total clinical effect of the two syndrome types is improved significantly,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Intra group comparison of kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency: the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the hemogram was improved(P<0.05),and the expression levels of adhesion molecules MAdCAM-1 and ICAM-1 in peripheral blood were increased(P<0.05);Comparison between the two groups: the improvement of TCM syndrome score of kidney yang deficiency type was better than that of kidney yin deficiency type(P<0.05);Blood cell analysis: after treatment,HGB value of Yang deficiency type was higher than that of yin deficiency type(P<0.05),WBC value had no significant difference between Yang deficiency type and yin deficiency type(P>0.05),PLT value had no significant difference between Yang deficiency type and yin deficiency type(P>0.05);Before treatment,the levels of MAdCAM-1 and ICAM-1 in peripheral blood of patients with two syndrome types were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MAdCAM-1 and ICAM-1 in patients with two syndrome types of kidney deficiency were increased,but still different from those in the normal control group(P<0.05).The expressions of MAdCAM-1 and ICAM-1 in patients with kidney yang deficiency were better than those in patients with kidney yin deficiency(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of Bushen Shengxue method in the treatment of CAA is obvious.2.The expression of adhesion molecules MAdCAM-1 and ICAM-1 in peripheral blood of CAA patients was abnormal.3.The treatment effect of different types of kidney deficiency syndrome(kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency)of CAA is different.The degree of clinical symptom remission,the improvement of peripheral blood picture,the expression of adhesion molecules MAdCAM-1 and ICAM-1 of kidney yang deficiency syndrome are significantly better than those of kidney yin deficiency syndrome.4.The expression of adhesion molecules MAdCAM-1 and ICAM-1 in peripheral blood of patients with CAA was significantly improved by Bushen Shengxue therapy,suggesting that Bushen Shengxue therapy can improve the body’s hematopoietic adhesion function,which is beneficial to restore the hematopoietic function of patients with CAA. |
