The Clinical Curative Effect Of Tonifying Kidney And Blood In The Treatment Of Chronic Disease And The Consumption Of The Marrow Of Kv1.3mRNA Influence

Objectives:by the method of kidney and heart ’s-blood,30 cases of chronic marrow pain patients,6 months of treatment in peripheral blood of data,such as,the TCM syndrome integral contrast before treatment and after treatment,observation of kidney and heart ’s-blood method for the treatment of chronic therapy before pulp disease clinical curative effect and treatment of bone marrow after Kvl.3 mRNA expression level of difference of change,and compared with healthy control group consisting of 10 volunteers,pulp for chronic pain patients Kvl.3 mRNA expression level and the difference between a normal person.Explore Kv1.3 mRNA expression level change and chronic myeloid possible relationship between the pathogenesis of the disease,born to speculate that the kidney blood method to treat chronic myeloid possible mechanism of the curative effect of disease.Methods:(1)To select 30 confirmed pulp chronic pain patients in treatment group,by the method of kidney and heart ’s-blood,these patients for 6 months of treatment,observe and record the clinical efficacy of these patients,TCM syndrome integral,and peripheral blood like change in before and after treatment.(2)The patients were collected using the rt-pcr method to detect the changes before and after treatment of the expression level of Kvl.3 mRNA in the bone marrow.Results:(1)patients after kidney blood method to treat the clinical effective rate was 80.0%,the kidney in patients with blood treatment for six months after the symptoms have improved markedly,TCM syndrome integral is before the treatment also significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the blood and blood of the patient was significantly elevated,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In the patients with bone marrow Kvl.3 mRNA expression level after kidney blood treatment for six months later,the expression level rise obviously,but still lower than that of healthy controls in the bone marrow Kvl.3 mRNA expression level,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)born kidney blood method for clinical treatment of chronic disease of pulp lowe has certain significance,whether in the lower TCM syndrome integral,improve TCM syndrome,or peripheral blood as aspects and so on have achieved remarkable curative effect.(2)The low expression of the expression level of Kv1.3 mRNA in chronic myeloid patients may be associated with chronic myeloid disease.(3)Born kidney blood may adjust the Kvl.3 mRNA expression level and regulation caused by abnormal T cell immune imbalance or regulate integrin mediated injury of hematopoietic microenvironment,thus improve the ability of bone marrow hematopoietic,promote the differentiation of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells proliferation,eventually achieve the goal of the treatment of chronic marrow pain disease.
