Retrospective Analysis Of Curative Effect Of Tonifying Kidney Blood Of Non Severe Aplastic Anemia

Objective:Retrospective analysis of tonifying kidney and blood on non severe aplastic anemia(NSAA)patients with clinical curative effect,and TCM symptoms integral change,to explore the relationship between kidney deficiency and the incidence of NSAA in patients with the treatment of tonifying kidney and blood of NSAA patients,and provide reference for the further research on the treatment of tonifying kidney and blood NSAA.Methods:Statistics and chronic aplastic anemia screening 2014-2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine Department of hematology ward and clinic patients,observation and treatment rules in the course of the year,record the changes of blood before and after treatment and TCM symptoms to improve the situation,determine the clinical efficacy and symptom score changes,and make relevant analysis.Results:1.the statistics included 130 cases;2.clinical total remission rate was 74.6%,increased hemoglobin,platelet and neutrophil counts have a certain degree of comparison before and after treatment;3.TCM syndrome curative effect the total effective rate was 83.8%,compared with before treatment after treatment have improved.Conclusion:1 the tonifying kidney and blood in the treatment of non severe aplastic anemia can improve the clinical value and efficiency of peripheral blood cells.2 of tonifying kidney and blood in the treatment of non severe aplastic anemia can significantly improve the TCM symptoms and syndromes of patients with efficiency.
