Objective:Watch tai chi achievement method improved movement dysfunction in patients with stroke spasm stage of clinical curative effect, improve the efficacy and safety of the tai chi achievement method is discussed, and provide support for the development of the follow-up study, treatment to stroke movement dysfunction provide new thought and new method, provide higher risk of stroke rehabilitation training is more economical and practical, easy to operation. Methods:The subjects were randomly divided 1:1 into two groups: the stretching training group(n=31)and the modified tai chi exercise group(n=31).The control group received draft training on the basis of conventional treatment(according to "Chinese Stroke Rehabilitation Guidelines2011 Complete Edition");In addition to the conventional treatment, the experimental group received the modified Tai Chi skill training. The training time of each group was 1 time/day,30min/ time,5 days/week,a total of 4 weeks.Fugl-Meyer motor function score(FMA)was used to evaluate the patients’ motor function before and after 4 weeks of training. The Berg Balance Scale(BBS)was used to evaluate the recovery of balance ability. The modified Barthel Index(MBI)was used to assess the patients’ abilities in activities of daily living. The improved Ashworth Spasticity Scale(MAS)was used to assess the muscle tone of the patients. The incidence of adverse events such as falls, falls, fractures and increased blood pressure during the experiment were recorded.Results:1.Comparison of baseline dataPrior to intervention, the data of age, gender, course of disease, type of stroke and affected side of all subjects were compared and analyzed, and the results showed that the differences were not statistically significant(P >0.05),indicating that the general information of the selected subjects was comparable.2.Motor function recoveryAfter treatment,Fugl-Meyer motor function score in 2 groups was significantly increased compared with before treatment, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Compared with the motor function of the stretching training group and the modified Tai Chi group after 4 weeks of treatment, the Fugl-Meyer motor function score of the modified Tai Chi group was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Restoration of balanceCompared with before treatment, the scores of Berg balance scale in 2 groups were significantly increased after treatment, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Compared with the balance function after 4 weeks of treatment, the score of Berg balance scale of the improved Tai Chi group was higher in the stretching training group and the improved Tai Chi group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.Recovery of ability of daily living activitiesCompared with before treatment, the modified Barthel index score of 2 groups was significantly increased after treatment, with statistical significance(P < 0.05);Compared with the ability of daily living after 4 weeks of treatment between the stretching training group and the modified Tai Chi group, the modified Barthel Index score of the modified Tai Chi group was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Recovery of spasticityCompared with before treatment, improved Ashworth spasticity grade in 2 groups decreased after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the muscle tension of the stretching training group and the modified Tai Chi group after 4 weeks of treatment, the modified Ashworth spasm grade of the modified Tai Chi group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).During the experiment, patients did not fall, fracture, increased blood pressure, muscle strain, sprain and other conditions, indicating that the improved Tai Chi kung fu method has a certain safety.Conclusion:1.Modified Tai Chi Kungfu can significantly improve the motor dysfunction of stroke patients in spasm stage.2.Improved tai chi technique can effectively enhance the balance ability of patients with cerebral apoplexy in spasm stage.3.Improved Tai Chi skills can improve the daily living ability of patients with cerebral apoplectic spasm.4.Modified tai chi technique can relieve the limb spasm of the affected side after stroke and reduce muscle tension.5.It is preliminarily considered that the improved tai chi technique is safe to some extent. |
