| In order to comprehended the dietary structure and dietary pattern of students in Guangxi Agricultural Vocational College,and found out the main nutritional problems of students,stratified sampling survey was conducted among students of different departments based on the food supplied of the canteen and the consumption.In order to found out the deficiencies that affected its dietary structure and dietary pattern,and formulated corresponding policies and specific measures.Used the bookkeeping method to classified the food purchased in the canteen in the within six inconsecutive months,and took the balanced diet pagoda of Chinese residents as the control,the dietary structure of the food supplied in the canteen was compared and analyzed.The results showed that the intakes of cereals,potatoes,livestock and poultry meat were within the recommended intake range,and the intakes of vegetables,aquatic products,soybeans and nuts were respectively lower than the minimum recommended intake.The intake of eggs,oil and salt exceeded the maximum recommended intake by 33.82%,8.93%and 13.67%respectively.According to the statistics of the amount of college students’daily consumption in the canteen,the dietary structure of students’consumption was analyzed according to the consumption situation and the proportion of food in the canteen.The results showed that the meat intake could reached the recommended intake of Chinese residents’balanced diet pagoda,while the vegetable intake was lower than the recommended intake.3d24h dietary review method and self-designed questionnaire method were used,5%of the students were randomly selected from 7 departments in the college with a confidence interval of 95%.680questionnaires were distributed and 657 valid questionnaires were collected.The data were tested by x~2test.P<0.05 showed that the difference was statistically significant.The data were based on the balanced diet pagoda of Chinese residents and the dietary nutrient reference intake standard of Chinese residents.The dietary structure and dietary pattern of the students were investigated.The results showed that the average intakes of fruits,vegetables,aquatic products,soybeans and nuts,milk and dairy products for boys were 15.54%,6.44%,61.47%,25.32%and 67.76%less than the minimum recommended intakes,respectively.For girls,the average intakes of fruits,vegetables,aquatic products,soybeans and nuts,milk and dairy products were 15.54%,6.44%,61.47%,25.32%and 67.76%,less than the minimum recommended intakes.The average intake of food was 4.92%,18.22%,77.55%,39.04%and 66.47%,less than the minimum recommended intake.The average intake of eggs for men and women was 1.22%and 22.66%higher than the maximum recommended intake,respectively.The carbohydrate intake of male and female students was in line with the energy proportion of the reference intake.The energy intake was 9.31%and 9.45%,less than the reference intake respectively.The protein intake was12.03%and 14.89%,less than the reference intake respectively.And the fat intake was 62.63%and 46.76%more than the reference intake respectively.In terms of diet pattern,more than 80%of the students didn’t had the habit of smoking and drinking,85.19%of the students participated in exercise through physical education,only 14.81%of the students took exercise affer class,only2.93%of the students ate more than 12 kinds of food every day,22.65%of the students could received nutrition education,and about 50%of the students have clear intention to learn nutrition knowledge.In view of the problems existing in the dietary structure and dietary pattern of the students in college,countermeasures were putted forward:strengthing canteen management,ensuring the reasonable dietary collocation,increasing the attraction of healthy food,and popularizing nutritious food;build up the dietary nutrition security system,strengthen the nutrition education to enhance students’nutrition consciousness,and change the students’existing nutrition concept. |
