Objective To explore the effect of group mode combined with music therapy on post-stroke depression, through the intervention of group mode combined with music therapy on the patients with post-stroke depression in rehabilitation department, observing the changes of the HAMD score and SS-QOL score.Providing more reference for the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods 76 hospitalized patients with post-stroke depression were selected for investigation and analysis, and were randomly divided into joint inter vention group and tradi tional music group of 38 cases each. All subjects received routine rehabilitation therapy after stroke, and traditional music group was treated with normal music therapy, the activity time was 40 minutes each time,5 times a week following six weeks;while the combined intervention group was treated for 60 minutes,1 times a week following six weeks. The changes of depr ession were observed by the HAMD scale before interv ention, and during the third and sixth weeks of interv ention.,the changes of quality of life were obse rved before and after the interv ention by SS-QOL.Results1 baseline data comparative analysis of the two groupsStatistical analysis of the following baseline data for patients with stroke, including general patient status[Gender, age, education level, marital status, whether the illness is within 3 months, type of medical insurance, hobbies, family escorts, type of stroke, location and number of lesions, previous underlying disease,ADL score,FMA score,NIHSS score] and evaluation indicators[HAMD score and SS-QOL score],there were no significant difference(P>0.05),The overall study was comparable.2 Compliant analysis of the interference complianceThe analysis of the experimental process of the two groups showed that, the joint interv ention group had 2 cases and the traditional music group had 4 cases failed to adhere to the experimental program. The average length of music therapy in the two groups was 34.17±5.23 min in the intervention group and 35.09±4.12 min in the simple music group, both of which were about 40 min as prescribed in the experiment.(P>0.05),it's comparable. The mean duration of the group's treatment was 58±5.18 min, also around 60 min as prescribed by the test.3 Comparative analysis of evaluation indicators(1)The analysis of HAMD scores showed that:(1)After experimental intervention, the total HAMD scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed at the second week and the fourth week. The joint interv ention group had lower scores than the tradit ional music group(P<0.05).(2)The total hamd scores of the two groups before the expe riment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after the experiment were compared and analyzed by the variance analysis of repeated measurement. The results showed that the two treatment schemes had no effect on HAMD scores of patients under the main effect of grouping factors(P>0.05).The HAMD scores of the two groups decre ases with time(P<0.05).The group effect and time effect had interaction(P<0.05),the trend chart of HAMD score under the interaction of group and time factor showed that HAMD score of patients with group mode music therapy was lower and clinical efficacy was better under the interaction of time factor than that of simple music therapy.(3)The results showed that the scores of depr ession, block, mental anxiety and sexual symptoms in the joint intervention group were lower than those in the traditional music group at the 2nd and 4th week after the experiment(P<0.05).(2)The analysis of SS-QOL scores showed that: The SS-QOL scores of the two groups were compared before and 6 weeks after the experiment, the SS-QOL scores of the two groups were increased(P<0.05),the differ ence was statistically significant. The SS-QOL scores of the two groups were higher in the combined intervention group than in the music group(P<0.05),the diffe rence was statistically signi ficant.Conclusion1 Effective intervention is necessary for patients with post-stroke depression. The experiment shows that the group mode music therapy is effective in the intervention of the patients with post-stroke depression.2 The overall effect of group mode music therapy on post-stroke depression was better than that of simple music therapy, and the effect of group mode music therapy on improving patients' depression, block, mental anxiety, and sexual symptoms was also due to simple music therapy.3 Group mode combined with music therapy is effective and superior to simple music therapy in improving the quality of life of patients with post-stroke depression.
