Study Of Professor Xue Hanrong’s Clinical Experience In Treating Pulmonary Disease With Shengyang Yiwei Decoction

Objective: To investigate the knowledge and application of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction by Prof.Xue Han Rong,and to study the pattern of application of Shengyang Yiwei decoction.Methods: 1.By collecting and collating medical records from outpatient and inpatient departments,querying ancient books and literature,we analyzed the theoretical basis for applying Shengyang Yiwei Decoction to treat lung diseases by Prof.Xuehan Rong,combined with Prof.Xuehan Rong’s clinical experience as well as academic ideas,and explored Prof.Xuehan Rong’s knowledge and Application of Shengyang Yiwei decoction.2.Through "traditional Chinese medicine transmission of computing platform(V3.0)" software,which was collected and collated to screen the medical records,and constructed a structured database after entering a TCM transmission and computation platform(V3.0).The statistical statement system and data analysis system in the software were used,but also "network presentation" in cluster analysis,as same to further explore the clinical experience of applying Xingyang Yiwei Decoction to treat pulmonary diseases by Professor Xuehan Rong.Results: 1.Liujunzi Tang and Yuping Fengsan in Shengyang Yiwei decoction can dry dampness and invigorate phlegm and strengthening the body resistance,and a combination of herbs can strengthen the spleen and hold the lung up for protection.The physiology and pathology of the spleen and stomach are very closely related,so for patients with deficiency of Qi in the spleen and stomach,block of dampness and dampness in the interior,and depression and heat,the use of Shengyang Yiwei decoction is even effective.2.The author collated and screened out 103 cases,and 141 prescriptions containing Shengyang Yiwei decoction that could treat 9different types of lung diseases.According to the statistical analysis of symptoms of the disease,the top 10 symptoms were: fatigue,cough,expectoration,dry mouth,chest tightness,abdominal distension,breathlessness,loose stools,poor nose and poor sleep(frequency > 50).The tongue vasculature was counted as follows: the patient’s tongue was mainly reddish and the tongue was pale.The tongue coating is mainly yellow,greasy,and thick.The main pulses are smooth,fine chords,and pulsed Fu.Drugs frequently except the main prescription drugs of Shengyang Yiwei decoction,the top 5 in descending order are as follows: jujube,ginger,almond,ephedrine,and Scutellaria.In the four Qi of drugs,warm drugs are the main,warm drugs are much larger than other drugs,followed by cold drugs and peace drugs.About the five tastes of the medicine,bitter medicines were the most frequent;followed by Gan Yao and Xin Yao.From the perspective of the meridian of drugs,the medicinal meridian is based on the spleen and lung,followed by the stomach and liver meridian,etc.In terms of the frequency of drug efficacy,the results showed that the use of tonic deficiency class of drugs was the highest;followed by solution class of drugs;followed by body fluid infiltration and dampness class,clearing heat and so on.The rule in analysis and cluster analysis:the "number of supporting Digs" was set to 98(< 70% of support)and the "confidence" was set to 0.95,containing a total of 14 core Chinese medicines.The "number of supporting degrees" was set at 21(support degree15%)and "confidence level" at 0.6,and the results contained a total of18 traditional Chinese medicines(TCM)including dangshen,Chenpi,baishu,chaihu etc..Unsupervised cluster analysis resulted in 4 core combinations.Conclusions:1.Prof.Xuehan Rong applied Shengyang Yiwei Decoction focusing on the elucidation of "spleen and stomach weak,see also lung diseases" pathomechanism,and flexibly applied this formula among various lung diseases.It also embodies the therapeutic ideas of " different diseases and same treatment" in traditional Chinese medicine.2.Focusing on Qi organ Xuan reduction as well as body fluid running on the compatibility medicine selected by Xue Han Rong embodies the idea of " lung and spleen treatment".3.The use of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction will also pay attention to the patient’s body conditioning,focusing on the cure method of toning deficiency,eliminating phlegm,eliminating dampness and activating blood circulation and removing stasis.
