Clinical Study Of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction In The Treatment Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Chemotherapy Gastrointestinal Reaction (spleen Deficiency And Dampness Syndrome)

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy and digestive tract reaction(spleen deficiency syndrome).Methods: Seventy patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group(chemotherapy + symptomatic support treatment + Chinese medicine group)and control group(chemotherapy group + symptomatic support treatment),each of them are 35 cases.Both groups were treated with platinum-based combination chemotherapy,specifically paclitaxel liposomes + cisplatin / gemcitabine+ cisplatin / pemetrexed disodium + cisplatin.Symptomatic supportive treatment: On the first day of chemotherapy,metoclopramide injection 20 mg acupoint injection once a day;ondansetron hydrochloride 8mg intravenously once a day for three days,according to the patient's nausea and vomiting reaction,if necessary,can be extended Use time;5% glucose injection 100 ml + dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection5 mg intravenously,once a day.Patients with oral ulcers during chemotherapy should be rehabilitated with 20 ml of sputum containing sputum three times a day;those with diarrhea should be given 2mg of loperamide hydrochloride capsule once a day,and the stool will be stopped after normal recovery;constipation will be opened to expose20 ml laxative.The changes of TCM syndrome scores,digestive tract reaction and quality of life scores were statistically analyzed before and after treatment,and the safety indicators of the two groups during the treatment were recorded in detail.Results:(1)Efficacy evaluation: TCM syndrome score: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.53%,and the total effective rate of the control group was42.42%.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group;Quality of life: two The KPS scores of the group were effectively improved after treatment.After statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group;digestive tract reaction: nausea and vomiting,diarrhea: two groups There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group;Constipation: There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Safety assessment: The adverse reactions in the two groups were mainly rash,muscle aches,numbness of hands and feet,and the incidence was low and mild,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Shengyang Yiwei Decoction can alleviate the symptoms of lung cancer chemotherapy and digestive tract reaction(spleen deficiency syndrome).2.Shengyang Yiwei Decoction has no obvious adverse toxic side effects,which is safe and effective.
