Objective:To summarize Professor Xue Hanrong’s understanding and application of Li Tan Decoction,and to study the disease types,syndrome range,dominant symptoms and medication experience of Professor Xue Hanrong’s use of Li Tan Decoction to treat lung system diseases.Methods:1.By collecting and sorting Xue Hanrong professor outpatient and the inpatient using the principle of Li Tan Decoction in the treatment of pulmonary system diseases basis,query about Li Tan Decoction of ancient books and literature,analysis use Xue Hanrong professor Richard Li Tan Decoction to treat lung system disease theory,combined with Xue Hanrong clinical experience and academic research,Conclusion of Professor Xue Hanrong’s Clinical Experience in Treating Pulmonary Disease with Li Tan Decoction.2.Through the application of the software "TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)",the medical records are collected and sorted out and then screened.After entering the medical records into the TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5),the database is constructed,and the statistical statements,prescription statistics,rule analysis and cluster analysis of the platform are used.To further explore the scope,dominant symptoms and medication experience of litan Decoction used by Professor Xue Hanrong in treating lung system diseases.Results:After screening,111 patients with lung diseases were selected in this study,and a total of 132 Litan Decoction-related addition and subtraction prescriptions were sorted and screened.According to statistics,Professor Xue Hanrong used to inculcate Litan Decoction in the diagnosis and treatment of 9 different lung diseases,among which cough,Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases,asthma syndrome,asthma,and lung carbuncle(frequency>10)were the main ones;this 111 A total of 132 related syndromes occurred in the disease process of 1 patient,among which there were 27 different syndromes involved.According to statistics,the three most frequently occurring syndromes were:phlegm-dampness accumulation in the lung syndrome,phlegm-heat accumulation in the lung syndrome,kidney deficiency syndrome;there are63 different dominant symptoms involved in the occurrence and development of the disease,among which phlegm and cough are the main ones,accounting for 75% and 70% of the database respectively,followed by chest tightness,white phlegm,phlegm volume Excessive,asthma,sticky phlegm,dry mouth,fatigue,anorexia,phlegm stagnant in the throat,difficult to expectorate phlegm,and thin phlegm(frequency > 30)are also common;in the statistics of yam,ginger,perilla seeds,jujube,etc.are also more common,etc.are also relatively common;in the statistics of the four qi of drugs,the use frequency of warm drugs ranks first,and the use frequency of flat drugs ranks second;in the statistics of five flavors of drugs,sweet drugs are used most frequently,and pungent drugs are ranked No.1 Second place;the spleen,lung,stomach,and kidney meridians are the main meridians in the statistics of drug meridians.For the analysis of formula rules,set the "Number of Supports" as 99,which is 75%,and when the "Confidence" is0.95,only the 6 core traditional Chinese medicines of Litan Decoction are included.Set the "Number of Supports" as 26,which is 20%.When the "confidence level" is 0.95,the result includes 19 traditional Chinese medicines,such as Perilla,Codonopsis,Platycodon grandiflorum,Atractylodes,etc.Based on unsupervised cluster analysis,6 core symptom combinations,3 groups of tongue and pulse,and 7 new Chinese herbal medicine combination.Conclusions:1.Professor Xue Hanrong believes that the production of phlegm is related to lung,spleen and kidney,and the relationship with kidney is the most close.To treat stubborn phlegm,treat kidney first.For patients with persistent phlegm,phlegm salivation,chronic disease,lingering and difficult to heal,the treatment of phlegm soup is very effective.2.From the types of diseases,syndromes and symptoms,Professor Xue Hanrong used Litan Decoction to focus on grasping the pathogenesis of "kidney failure to seal up" and "kidney failure to solidify" or the symptoms of "stubborn phlegm not dissolving",and to treat "different diseases".The theory of "Tongzhi" is flexibly applied to various lung diseases.3.From the frequency of medication,medicinal properties,medicinal taste and classics,it is concluded that Professor Xue Hanrong pays attention to the treatment of the five internal organs in the selection of compatible medicines,which not only reflects the idea of "governing the lungs without leaving the lungs",but also embodies the idea of "governing the lungs not only in the lungs",to flexibly apply the theory of "the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine" to various lung system diseases.
